Nothing Bundt Cakes

We get Bundt cakes every year for birthdays and we always enjoy them. Marcina was fantastic this year while we were picking up our order! We will definitely have future orders.

I went in looking for gluten free options and they had two. Both are delicious! I would go back, nice welcoming atmosphere.

Went in after receiving an email for buy one get one free. After scanning the lady said that the coupon was redeemed even though I just received it on my email and there was nothing they could do. Essentially they send emails just to get you into the store to buy at full price. The lady would not do anything so I left.
As you can see with their response, they are more worried about advertising than fixing any issues. Avoid at all costs and save your money.

I’ve never had such a poor experience as this one. Upon reading further google reviews at the same location. I also see that it’s not just me who has encountered such horrific customer service. I walked in looking at all the options available unsure of which flavor I should choose. I kindly asked “which one is the most popular?” I was ignored so I continued with my purchase in which at the last moment I said “do you mind if I swap out one of the flavors?” At that moment, the associate (older woman with glasses who refused to give me her name) said very aggressively “ma’am I’m not gonna swap it out, would you want somebody else to be touching all up on your cake?” I was shocked because A) I never even touched it, she did and B) I had asked only once if she can swap out the flavor. I then said “ Ma’am the cake is in a container so why would it matter if I changed my mind?” I then asked for corporate’s number and for her name in which she refused to give me. She also, refused to bag my cake and said I needed to leave. I am so disappointed and disgusted with this location. I will tell others to stay away from this location as well.

I loveeeee this place on every level. The customer service is great and the Bundt cakes are even better!!

We used Nothing Bundt Cakes for our recent wedding. They were easy to work with and delivered the cakes on time. All our guests loved the assortment of bundtinis and the price was very reasonable

other than that the discounts are cool cause you can get bogo sometimes ^_^ the frosting is amazing and the workers are extremely nice!! definitely try this place out if you like sweets :3

I ordered mini Bundt cakes for a birthday. The order was ready when I came to pick it up. The cakes were absolutely delicious! I received many compliments and was asked many times where I got them from! Will definitely use them for my next party!
