My favorite food EVER. The chicken hibachi is amazing. I refuse to get hibachi from anywhere else! The atmosphere could use an update but other than that 10/10 recommend.

This is my all time favorite restaurant! The food is phenomenal. The restaurant is clean and has a great atmosphere. The owner, Becky, is a wonderful lady. She runs a tight ship! Service is always incredible. My favorites are the Ravens and Cowboy rolls, chicken hibachi, and tempura cheesecake. DJ is also a fantastic addition to their team. The kitchen staff and sushi chefs have my respect for consistency and superior quality food.

Quiet enough to be relaxing and amazing staff. The sushi was amazing. I ordered simple tuna/yellowtail/and salmon. It was some of the most flavorful fish I have tasted. It was the perfect texture as well. The sushi chef is extremely accomplished at picking out his fish as this is not the case at most restaurants ive been to in this price range. This is fresh fish not frozen. 10/10 recommend. Also try the calamari its flavorful, not dried out, and just the right texture.
Again the staff was amazing and was extremely attentive to patrons. After a long 3 hour drive plus a long day without food since a snack in the early morning it was a welcomed meal and experience. I will be coming back and recommending it to my friends and staff at my clinic.

I’ve been here several times with my immediate family, other family members, and my boyfriend. I personally go here for sushi but I’ve seen many people order different things from ramen, rice, burgers, octopus, etc. This place is worth every penny from the kind and helpful staff to the pleasant atmosphere. The food here is always what I use to compare other sushi to and nothing matches it. I have never worried about getting sick from their food other than me eating so much to the point where I’m in a food coma!
We even have family from Washington state that say they can’t find anything like Old Dominion! My younger brother has found things he likes from burgers/chicken/rice and chicken. It’s amazing for those who like sushi to incorporate friends who might not like it.

Best sushi in Frederick. I truthfully go twice a week at minimum for lunch
We went for dinner with a party of five on a Sunday evening and it was really good food. The sushi was great the staff waiting on us were really nice and it was reasonably priced. We definitely plan on going back

They do cross contaminate, so I couldn't eat anything other than edamane but others really enjoyed the food.

Restaurantji Recommends
Place has two entrances making it confusing about where you are actually supposed to go to get food. Sushi was pretty good and cheaper than the other sushi places in frederick. But they are lacking in there kids options they cost more than just getting the food as a side and give you less or equal amount of food. The noodles for the kids options tasted so strongly of mushrooms that our kids would not even touch them and we couldn't even eat the noddles just threw them away.
