Must be a "local thing" Staff was very unprepared to wait on people or serve food. Food was just ok. I think the chef in the back was alone and frankly looked to do as good of a job as he could. We were there with a golf group. We ordered at separate intervals...so we didn't need everything out at once...but each individual platter took about 30 minutes. The guy waiting on the tables with drinks just looked ...overwhelmed. This place needs a manager that can straighten out the process and perhaps one other in the back. Seems like it's a local watering hole for pool players and dart throwers.

My 4th time here & my friend and I walk in. The bartender/waitress JESS approached us due to a unpaid tab issue (which was only 2 bottles of water) the last time we were here, which my friend apologized sincerely & paid her right away and then we asked for 2 glasses of water. She automatically had an attitude about it & when she brought us the waters, instead of giving us actual straws. She gives us COFFEE STIRRERS as straws. Shortly after, I noticed everyone else in the bar who got a water had a regular straw. I thought that was pretty disrespectful & real petty of her. Never had I had to deal with such an ignorant bartender/waitress who was so fucking petty. And not once did she come around asking if we needed anything else. I recommend anyone who comes here to ask for a different server or just don't expect much from her cause I don't. Her customer service clearly needs some work or the Nest needs to hire someone else who has good customer service or knows how to be an actual bartender/waitress/server or whatever.

The bartender, Jess, is amazing!!! She is able to handle a full crowd and not miss a beat. The food is always good, and the service even better. Music varies from the jukebox to karoke to bands. There are darts and pool tables to play. Prices are reasonable. I enjoy going there.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is level, and there is a ramp as you enter.

My wife and I went here on Friday night for Karaoke and to celebrate my birthday weekend and was met with straight rudeness. The OWNER ( of all people) had a nasty attitude, kind of threw our change on the bar ( I gave it to him in his hand), and never came back to see if we needed anything. When we asked for someone else, she made our long Island tea so light that it looked like lemonade and seemed to have a slight attitude when we asked for more coke to put in it. The food was ok..I was surprised by the wings, they were really good last time. The new renovation was the only highlight of the whole experience. My wife came from out of town to go there specifically but doesn't want to come back. So disappointing.
