I want to give a huge shout-out to our server, Earnest, at Outback Steakhouse. He was awesome from start to finish. He was extremely attentive and patient, and he made my family feel welcomed the whole time we were there. I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating he was, even when I asked about the military discount. Little things like that go a long way, especially when you’re out with your family. Thank you, Earnest, for making our visit such a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I've been going to this Outback since it first opened over 30 plus years ago and for the first time had the worst service ever by this older lady named Brenda. She was rude and had an attitude and I could tell didn't seem to like people who weren't white. Now I've seen this before growing up in Frederick but was still shocked to see it in 2025. Do better and hire better people. And if you do go here ask not to seated in her section.

our server, Dawn was awful, she gave us unwashed utensils would not let us order what we wanted to had an attitude the whole time did not come check up on us, we requested something and she did not bring it to us then we spoke to the manager Paul and he was even ruder. They were ignoring us and then they tried to tell us tipping was mandatory and to come back in and tip mandatory 20%. I do not recommend this place. I used to love it and now I hate it. and we were paying customers and they complained about us being in somebody’s section taking up seats

330p on a Tuesday. Not busy. Food delivered to table less than luke warm (cold) after a 25 min kitchen turn time. Won’t be back. This is a flaw in the service from chef, to expeditor, to server and ultimately the manager at this location.
When I come to Outback here in Frederick everyone is always so amazing. I have been coming here for the last 10 years and the food never misses. I love it when Angie is working at the bar. She is extremely efficient and very kind as well. I will always come to this outback. The service and all-around experience are never missed. See you again very soon

Outback has always been one of our go to places for date nights, any special occasion or just because, and the Frederick location never disappoints! We were here celebrating my husbands birthday today, and the service was top notch as always, food was great! And if you’re someone who likes to get a drink with dinner, and Angie is running the bar, your drink will be perfectly made! She makes great drinks, and is able to wait on everyone in the bar area without missing anything or skipping a beat! She was on top of it all through our visit, couldn’t have asked for better service, food and drinks! 🍹👌🏼
Parking: Tons of parking and handicap ramp to entrance
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. Child seats like a booster, high chair are available
Recommended dishes: Outback Center-Cut Sirloin, Bloomin' Onion, French Onion Soup

The customer service here was exceptional. I was very pleased with our waiter Logan and the manager on duty was also extremely accommodating. My steak was delicious and cooked perfectly yummy! Great job all the way around.
