We love this place and have eaten their good for a decade. Today however, some teenagers were running the place and when I asked for a glass of wine I was told the bottle had been opened 4 days ago and they wouldn't open a fresh one
This was disappointing and I am sure management would not approve of that decision.

The pulled pork was amazing. The choice of sauces we were not really thrilled with any of the 6 options but the pork is so delicious it needs no help to be great. They make their own chips as a side which are very good. Would definitely go again and may bring some sauce along.

We ordered the brisket sandwich and pulled pork to go—both were delicious with generous portions. If you get any of the sauces, definitely try the honey BBQ. And the fries.. we couldn't stop eating them. We'll definitely be coming back for more!

We used P.I.G.S. for our wedding catering, and we could not recommend them more! We wanted high-quality BBQ food, as we wanted to have a LOT of food served family style. The food was great, the process was great (especially as we continued to add on more components over the course of our planning), but the true star was on the on-site staff. Pedro was our event captain and my husband's favorite staff member from the whole wedding. He ran a tight ship, and was incredibly helpful. His team served folks efficiently and effectively, and were huge in making the day seamless.

We contracted P.I.G.S. BBQ to cater our wedding in Winchester, VA, and we were so glad that we did! They were already familiar with our venue, so they knew and followed all of the rules and made cleanup so easy. The food was so good. Our guests were raving about the jumbo lump crab dip we had as our hors d’eouvres. Highly recommend choosing them for catering

Very old burnt ends and sticky bar. Food not done right. One person running the whole restaurant.

Service here is not desirable. Manager must be having bad day. Asked about time for order since been here waiting over 20mins. Dead pan response. We been busy with two table 3 carry outs. Seems like a good lunch but not dinner busy. Informed him to change carry out times. Guess I'm going back to black hog.

We couldn’t have asked for a better catering team for our wedding day! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, organized, and attentive to every detail. Lisa communicated very well and was incredibly helpful during the planning process. She was always willing to answer any of my questions! A very special shout-out to our event captain, Pedro, who was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, hardworking, and professional, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed!

The food was absolutely delicious — beautifully presented, full of flavor, and served in generous portions that left everyone more than satisfied. Many of our guests went out of their way to tell us how much they enjoyed the meal and how impressed they were with the service. The hors d'oeuvres also did not disappoint, there were MANY options that PIGs has to choose from and the ones we chose were absolutely delicious!

It was clear that the team truly loves what they do and takes great pride in making each event special. We’re so grateful for their hard work, warmth, and excellence — they helped make our day unforgettable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch catering with a personal touch!

PIGS BBQ catered my daughter and son-in-law's wedding at 48 Fields and the food and catering/bartending crew was outstanding! The passed hors d'ouvres were delicious - people raved about the crab and the empanadas. The grazing board was devoured and lots of people went back for second helpings of dinner. The whole process from tastings to the final run down meeting a month before was so helpful. Thanks for everything!

We used PIGS last weekend for our wedding and it was amazing. From the planning process with Lisa to make sure our menu was perfectly picked out to the day of the wedding was perfect. Their food is always amazing I highly recommend them for any event you need catered.
