Paisano's Pizza

We usually order from Paisano's and the food is usually amazing but unfortunately tonight it was different. I ordered wings and they looked like someone forgot to set a timer. They were overcooked and dry. My pizza was mediocre and overcooked. It was cut but my slices were not coming out, so I had to cut it again. Definitely disappointed because I was looking forward to the meal.

Have always ordered from Paisanos in Frederick. Something changed, someone took over. Whoever it is completely change the pizzas into cheese soup. Soggy, impossible to eat. We used to order every single Friday. And we tried again with family in town. Sadly, it’s still a hard no on the pizzas.

Their workers are very friendly. Since the Commanders won the previous day all food was 40 percent off…I got a large pizza with double pepperoni. $15 !!

11/2/2025 Still a great pizza bargain. I’m here about once a month, and each time I get a nice discount. Also when my pizza is ready, the cashier brings it over to me as I wait…a nice touch showing that customer service counts at Paisanos.

I wana share my experience today I wana try the pasta there an I buy some pasta with chicken an some veggies together so I pay almost 20 an when I am back home all the pasta was open an all an the bag 🫣😟🤨😡 to small containers to put it never buy again omg

Emma claimed to be a manager but refused to give me a receipt for a refund for uncooked, extremely greasy/leaky baked ziti and lemonade. She said she sent refund on my card but how when I didn’t give her my card for a refund to take place because she wouldn’t allow me back in store before closing because she already mopped floors? Emma says it’s your store policy to not offer receipts for refunds on uncooked food. Very displeased with the disrespect and uncooked food here. It’s totally unacceptable.

The owner/manager of the Balleneger creek Paisanos is the absolute best! From the great service to the great food 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way!

I usually order from Paisano’s Pizza almost every Sunday for my family and kids, and it’s usually a good experience. However, today was completely unacceptable. I ordered a bag of wings about 5–10 minutes ago, and the chicken was raw and bloody. This is extremely unsanitary and dangerous, as undercooked chicken can cause serious illnesses like salmonella.

While I called the store and received a refund for the $8 wings, the fact that this even happened is very concerning. Serving raw chicken is a major health risk. I really hope I don’t get sick, but this has made me reconsider ordering from here again. Mistakes happen, but this is something that should never be overlooked.
