The owner/manager of the Balleneger creek Paisanos is the absolute best! From the great service to the great food 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way!

I usually order from Paisano’s Pizza almost every Sunday for my family and kids, and it’s usually a good experience. However, today was completely unacceptable. I ordered a bag of wings about 5–10 minutes ago, and the chicken was raw and bloody. This is extremely unsanitary and dangerous, as undercooked chicken can cause serious illnesses like salmonella.

While I called the store and received a refund for the $8 wings, the fact that this even happened is very concerning. Serving raw chicken is a major health risk. I really hope I don’t get sick, but this has made me reconsider ordering from here again. Mistakes happen, but this is something that should never be overlooked.

I’ve ordered pizza from here pretty much every week for months and the last couple times I’ve been incredibly disappointed. Every time I find a decent pizza spot in Frederick something changes like the owners or staff and then it’s an awful experience. A cheese pizza is pretty simple yet I have a sopping wet nasty mess of a pizza in front of me. Since when should there be twice as much cheese as there is crust I mean it’s literally a box of grease and slime. I threw away 2 slices because they were so soaked that the crust was literally disintegrating when I tried to pick it up. Thank god my order only cost half of what it usually does but even still $44 to be disgusted by what should be my dinner is annoying.

Pizza is alright. There's one lady who takes orders who makes this restaurant a pleasant experience, and an older gentleman that makes this place not worth going to. If you want to play the lottery go ahead.

I did not wanted to give a bad review, But after spending over $70 dollars and charged me a lot for an extra item I didn’t order was outrageous, I’ve asked the girl that took my order to repeat it back and it sounded fine but when we got the order there was an extra item and that’s why it came out so much, when we get the order the food was all smashed and even the bread was all soaked in oil that it was unpleasant to eat, than my husband started feeling real sick, he threw up, his stomach was so bad and send him to the bathroom so many times that I had to bring him to the hospital. Horrible experience. All that money that was spend just to get sick. SMH I had to add one more thing….so at the hospital got to find out that he got Food Poisoned..my husband its a kidney patient and has a transplant AND that did not do well for him!…you people need to be careful to cook the food and make sure ALL products are up to date! Horrible. 😤

Last night was my night to bring food and my home so I order a SIMPLE pepperoni pizza everyone and there mom knows what goes on the pizza but I guess yesterday was a employee slacking off day and they decided to not put any sauce on my pizza I should’ve know that this place was full of unprofessionalism when I saw two bottom barrel people flirting instead of taking my order I found out that that girls name was Emma which I should’ve know something was wrong already with a name like that I mean when I tell you when I looked at her I could already know she has her fathers face with how ugly it was but they let a young girl take the order instead which I appreciate the help from her then when I called and told them it was Emma again who answered the call and laughed the whole way throw the call I mean they where just horrible and just slacking off would not recommend coming here they will not take your concerns seriously

Ordered delivery this evening. First time the delivery was wrong. Sent a spinach Calzone instead of a pepperoni Stromboli. Second delivery was also wrong. Ended up driving to the store to pick up my correct order. No offer of any compensation at all. Not even a refund of the delivery fee. Two hours later and I finally have my dinner.

This is one seriously delicious pizza. The cheese and sauce and the crust were all great. This pizza stands out hard! Whoever put together this recipe is a friend of mine!
The only mistake made was by me ordering a small! It won't happen again. ???

I forgot to take pictures but let me say my BYO Pizza with Onions and Gyro meat was delicious! It was a taste sensation! Look forward to building it and eating it again!
