Do not eat here. I used to work here the back room, coolers & freezers are filthy. It’s built up grout and old crumbs everywhere. I contacted the health department but I’m not sure if they did a visit or not. And there are flies everywhere in the back!

I came to this location for some hot chicken soup and freshly baked bread. Unfortunately, the bread was everything else but fresh. It was cold and hard as a rock. When I asked for fresh bread, Ben told me no, we don’t have any, and we didn’t bake anything. So disappointing. I won’t go there again.

I went in and placed my to go order. I got all the way home, and there was no chicken on my Green Goddess Chicken Salad. Unbelievable! $13 for that!

To go Order was not correct but the employees were very kind in fixing it for me. I just had to mention what was wrong. Manager was also very helpful!
If you're going to charge almost $7 for a bowl of soup, at least fill the bowl more than halfway.

Ngl this place pretty good cures my munchies but oh my his that manager lowkey rude I saw them taking a bag and fling it around like that kid that grabs onto your leg and don’t let go that he so annoying but anyways Ngl pretty good workers lowkey chill

My experience at this Panera was nothing but horrific. Messed up salad order and forgot to add utensils for my soup and salad. Staff didn’t really didn’t care either about messing up orders, too frequent mistakes that made this lunch stop frustrating. Would go to another Panera in the area before going to this one again.
