Love to enjoy Panera here. Often this location is a little dirty, but today was cleaner and there was more staff working. The staff was nice and food was good as always. Only issue this time was my friends sandwich was smaller then usual so she was still a little hungry after. My autumn squash soup was hot and good and my green goddess cobb salad was fresh and dressed just right.Vegetarian options: Had sandwiches without meat and all the salad you can get without meat as well a soups.Parking: Big parking lot or front, does share with the Aldi next store so can be a very busy parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Can go up a ramp to get on the side walk and go directly in the door.

I used to go here very often but they lost touch on the food and the atmosphere of the place. Compared to the one in Urbana, their food quality dropped big time. Something must have a chance. Go to the Urbana one, much better food quality.

I have been picking up business lunch orders twice a week now ordering between $150-200 a week. I didn’t add in the special instructions to label the sandwiches, which in my opinion when you are placing large order should be done without asking. I picked up my last order today since when I asked the manager if they were labeled and she said no, she never offered to mark them. I told her I will be placing my two weekly orders elsewhere and she said nothing. Maybe you need a new manager.

If I could give 0 start I would, horrible experience. My family and I went to have dinner at this location and my daugther show me some cookies she wanted I said I will buy them after eating and she put them back. The employee at the register later was pointing finger at my daugther and where I was sitting after some time the manager Vicky came to approach me telling me she was toldy daugther have taken some cookies without paying technically she was accusing her of stealing when they could cleary see she put them back. You cannot confront someone for act you have no proof they committed. I know how I have raise my child and she will not take anything that doesnt belong to her

Really bad experience with the staff, they I acuse my niece to steal their $2 dollars cookie after we spend $40 worth of food there. Before the manager Vicki came to ask us if she stole the cookie the workers where hiding and pointing at my niece and sister.. creating a really awkward environment for us, then the manager came to our table and ask us if my niece grab the cookie because her associates where accusing a 5year old to be stealing putting my niece in a really uncomfortable position telling her mom that she put the cookie back because she told her that she was going to get it later when she was done eating.. not coming back to this location they don’t do their research first and just acuse and the manager just follows whatever the associates just assume and made up what “happened”
