Papa Johns Pizza

I got the pairs. The sauce on the pizza was not on whole crust. It was like who ever made them did not care.Also the pizza's were delivered cold. Will Never ORDER HERE AGAIN. DOMINO PIZZA'S ARE SO MUCH BETTER.Sad really I used to like papa johns

Called in and spoke with manager, 9/21/25 @ 320, and asked what the specials were for today?

The manager said he had no idea what the specials are and couldn't provide me with any. He said the only way to obtain the special is by checking them online. I said the website is terrible, doesn't give you any pricing (unless you place the order), and he pretty much said it is what it is... I said it doesn't seem like your business wants to make any money and will take my money elsewhere. He didn't care whatsoever..

Seems businesses these days have no care for good customer service. That's fine, because I'll go somewhere else...

I also order online through the website. A good third of my pizza was crust. They left out two toppings and barely even gave me pepperoni. Asked for extra sauce, but got less than on a normal pizza.

Bizarre review but follow me here: I ordered online through their website and didn't get exactly what I ordered due to just a glitch in the ordering system. No human error involved and what I received was so PERFECTLY prepared and cooked I wish I could've eaten it but unfortunately an ingredient that I can't eat without consequences wound up on the whole thing instead of only half. The staff immediately made me a new pizza without that ingredient (since the person in the house who could eat it already had a beautiful pizza to themselves) and were so kind and gracious on the phone. Like I said, not their fault and what they made looked, smelled and according to the person who ate it tasted amazing. So, excellent quality and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them.

I have given this location several chances. Not only does it take a long time to be delivered, it's never hot and has to be heated after delivery.
