This is sad to write. I was so excited for this location in frederick. However, today was my second time giving this location a chance. On both occasions the drinks and pastries have been amazing. But, the service IS TERRIBLE. The employees that work here have no desire to work. There is no greeting or welcoming folks when walking through the door. Today, I was not greeted but asked what I wanted. The employee proceeded to notate my order correctly which included oat milk, however, she made the drink with regular milk. There is no attention to detail. On top of that, I noticed flies on top of the trays that are provided for customers to grab their pastries and bring them to the counter. This is really a bad representation of Paris Baguette. My family and I regularly visit the location in Rockville and have never experienced this level of incompetence. Please find employees that have a drive to be a part of an institution and treat customers with kindness and respect.

Nice Korean-French bakery spot with a great selection. Ghislaine is awesome and it is always a pleasure to see her when visiting for a latte and pastry. I do recommend!

Had a great experience at Paris Baguette thanks to the amazing service from one of the staff members, Isabella. She was enthusiastic, friendly, and very knowledgeable as she helped me pick a drink, explained the different pastries I was interested in, and prepared everything quickly and with great care. Her customer service was excellent from start to finish as she made my drink, packed my order, and rang me up promptly with such a positive attitude. Love the variety of pastries and food they offer. Will have to come back to try something new. The ambiance is cute, clean, and welcoming.
