The pho here is absolutely amazing and it is consistent every time we are here. The beef lemongrass rolls are so flavorful and filling.

The staff were so kind and considerate. I have never come across a more genuine couple of workers/owners. The food was amazing too and for a good price. I will definitely be going back.

Visited this restaurant first time today. Did not expect much but it is possibly one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Maryland. My wife is Vietnamese and we moved from Houston a few short years ago where there is a large Vietnamese population. We also visit Eden Center in VA from time to time. We know our way around Vietnamese foods. ? We ordered Bún bò Huế and Pho. Both were delicious. Portions were large and had lots of meats. Prices were on par with Texas, which is amazing for MD. We also had Goi Cuon which was very fresh. We had such a good meal that we ordered a Banh Mi to go. We forgot to take pictures of that visit.Pictures added from our 2nd visit, showing Grill Pork and Egg Roll Vermicelli and Seafood Pan Fried Noodles.

Stopped by this place for a quick lunch with the family after visiting the Emmitsburg Grotto and we were impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the food and the great service! The pho was authentic and the man who assisted us was very accommodating and receptive. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Small non-descript restaurant, simple interior with great service and pho. They had oxtail pho which I was eager to try. Unfortunately, the meat was very tough that I couldn’t bite it off the bone the way one would expect. I had intended to just separate out the oxtail and order some regular pho beef cuts to put into my soup which I had already added condiments to. But the lady (might be one of the owners) serving us insisted on getting me a fresh bowl of regular beef pho of my choice and of course apologized for the tough meat when I told her. She agreed it needs to be simmered longer. The pho broth was steaming hot with great flavor, plentiful meat and fresh sprouts and basil. Four of us all had leftovers after the small bowls we ordered. Will definitely be back for another try of the oxtail pho!

My partner and I just ate here yesterday, and we will absolutely be coming back!! I got the chicken pho and the spring rolls and they were absolutely delicious. The Thai tea was a perfect pairing! I enjoyed this meal so, so much. By far my favorite pho in Frederick county, amazing broth. The ratio on the amount of chicken/broth/noodles was perfect, they do not skimp on their ingredients! And their pricing is so fair that it makes you want to come back :) everyone was very nice, 10/10 experience!*this picture was taken after I already ate a lot the pho lol

Small clean place with limited parking. The pho gia was good. The bun bu hue was also good. Not as spicy as most but good broth. Pork bah mi was also good. Thai tea was good. Service was good.

This is the best pho restaurant in Frederick and one of my favorite overall. The food is great, the people who run it are very nice, and it is a great value. Ask for the house chili oil!

Local hidden gem, as they do not advertise.Casual environment, and very reasonable prices comparing to all other Pho's places in Frederick city. But that doesn't take away the quality nor size/portion. Although we have only tried Pho, and Spicy Noodle soup (bun bo Hue), and the broths were/are simply ... superb.Cooking the broth the traditional way, which can take at least 12 hours, and up to 24 hours. NO MSG substitutions. I cannot name another restaurant in the area, cooking it this way, not even home cook. We'll try other dishes later ??

Pho 52 is an intimate family-run Vietnamese restaurant that has become my favorite spot since moving to downtown Frederick. It even has parking though I'm able to walk there. The Pho is my go to, but they have a wide variety of food choices, so you can go there often and not tire of the same dish. There is always enough for an extra lunch the next day. The service is friendly and accommodating. The food is authentic, delicious, and well priced. It will become your favorite place, too.
