The pho is not bad but I would not be coming back here because the male server/ owner is very rude. I asked for a take away container because I couldn’t finish all my food and he responded very rudely not wanting to give me a container to take away my food. The female servers are very pleasant and have great customer service, however, because of the male server I wouldn’t be back here again.

Absolutely love the food and service with the exception of the male server/manager/owner.
A group of us (from work) have been going to this restaurant for a while now. It's unfortunate because I'm now being told that a few of us no longer want to go to this place because of the male server's/manager's/owner's attitude. He always seems extremely annoyed and bothered by our group - I assume he's this way with everyone but not sure. I've been willing to overlook this because the food is great and other servers (female staff - easily 4 stars) are extremely pleasant.
This place should be 4.5 stars but is only 2 because of this one person. Sorry.

Initially we went because of the reviews. We ordered the large, Special Pho (extra noodle) with the Vietnamese Pancake. The noodles were so over cooked that it bunched together in clumps or broke apart in tiny pieces. The soup was okay. The Pancake was undercooked where you still taste the batter and when we looked at the inside, the shrimp was still shelled. No one checked on us with only 2 other tables besides us sat and we barely ate the food before paying to leave. The salted lemon soda was good. It was overall NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Place was clean though so I give one more star for atmosphere, but it was cold in there.

I’ve been to Pho An Loi several times and just ate there a few days ago. The restaurant is clean, pleasant atmosphere, great food, great service, and reasonable prices. I had summer rolls, pho 🍲, and coconut juice. I also got a banh mi chicken sandwich to go for later. Pho An Loi is always a good choice. 👍
Just terrible service! Imagine you didn’t get your drinks at all!!my 2 year old son is begging for a drink but the 2 server just ignored us.
Pho and Vermicelli is good.
But Pad Thai is not good.
Do not recommend.

I suddenly had a craving for pho recently, and I found this restaurant with high reviews, so I drove for an hour to eat it and also went to play nearby. However, the rice noodles are very ordinary and the meat is very hard; the noodles are so soft that they break when you pinch them with chopsticks, and some parts stick together, and the soup is a bit salty. The advantage is that the price is cheap and the portions are large. Maybe my expectations were too high.
Wow, I ordered 3 things. One wasn't put in the computer and out of the 2 things that were put in, 1 was wrong! Then they blamed me for changing my order so it's my fault they put the order in wrong. Even after repeating the correct order back to me. I would recommend going down the corner to either of the other 2 shops.

The value for the food you get here is amazing. And everything was delicious. First time ever seeing quail on a menu for us, and we enjoyed it. Should we ever be in the area again, we will definitely stop by.

It takes 50 minutes from Ann Roy to my house, but when I want to eat pho, I come here. I come with my family or friends at least once a month. I really like pho. The meat is very thin and fresh, the meat quality is good, and the broth is very flavorful. I heard that pho usually uses a lot of MSG, but the pho at this restaurant has a rich taste thanks to the taste of natural broth. The spring roll is also very delicious.

My partner and I moved from Rockville and frequented many different Pho spots there, but this was the best we've had by far due to the flavorful broth and shocking amount of meat! $12.95 for a large bowl is a fair price, the restaurant was spotless and cozy and loved the real plants everywhere, even on the tables! The staff were very kind to us, they seemed very busy between to-go orders and in house diners but one of the owners even packaged our leftover pho up for us which I've never had happen before. Will definitely be back regularly.
