We used Piece O' Cake Bakery for our wedding and the cake was SPECTACULAR! We had vanilla cake with strawberry frosting on one level, and carrot cake with cream cheese frosting on another. They were very flexible and open to different cake decorating ideas, and we greatly appreciated their professionalism! Ultimately, we wanted 2 layers of cake, in between 3 layers of flowers. This is the second year that Piece O’cake has made my birthday cake for me. My husband had it custom made with having a rich brownie with ink chocolate chips baked in it layered with peanut butter icing. Love that they were/are willing to do a brownie cake!!! So delicious. Highly recommend!!!
