Food was cold and bland. The atmosphere was dark. Staff was excellent in person, but over the phone they have room for improvement. Would I come back after this being my first time? I don't really think so, unless to try a pizza or sub?

I the ordered the bolognese last Saturday...it was made with what appeared to be some sort of alfredo cream/vodka sauce and didn't have any beef in it!? This used to be my favorite pasta dish from PB (moved away a year ago and was back for the holidays), not sure what happened but it was definitely not bolognese.

Don't get the panini, it's not a panini...they have no idea what a panini is, it's a toasted sandwich. I keep going back though, love being treated like an idiot.Update - I honestly like the pizza, my only issue is that they frequently screw up deliver orders and once the boss leaves it's really hard to communicate with the staff. I hate saying this but they need a fluent english speaker.

Don't get extra cheese.. the most grease I've ever encountered on any pizza, I had to pat it all over with 10 paper towels and the cheese just slides right off... no real sauce... my work orders this because the boss likes it. People often get stomach problems probably from the grease.

If you do “online ordering” through their website, you don’t get their specials because they consider their website to be ordering through a third party service. I ordered online thinking it’d be the same price, when I got there there was a giant banner saying $10.99 large 1 topping pizzas. So I paid $40 for what would have been $25 if I’d called. I asked about it and they said they couldn’t do anything about it to give me their specials price (I asked to cancel the online order and pay there) and just call next time.
