However, it appears that the new management focuses primarily on financial profits, neglecting customer satisfaction and employee welfare. This approach is detrimental to sustaining a successful business. The restaurant's neglected state and broken equipment are noticeable. A recent incident where a customer found metal in their pizza highlighted the urgent need to replace the pizza oven racks. Unfortunately, the management has not addressed this concern. Furthermore, the refrigerator's mold contamination poses serious health risks to customers, which the management seems to ignore. The health department should intervene to rectify these issues, as the establishment's current state is unacceptable.

Absolutely my favorite pizza joint in town! I've tried every pizza around Frederick and I can truly say they have the most unique pizza sauce while still staying true to marinara. Plus, the always put a generous amount of toppings on! Not to mention the price!! You can't beat a 12.99 large 2 topper when ordered from their website!
The establishment was not well manicured or well kept. I went in to place a take out order based on their menu shown online. It took the store 30 minutes to prepare a grilled chicken Caesar wrap. There was no explanation for the delay. The person at the front desk just avoided contact by disappearing from the front desk every time I attempted to approach to inquire about the order. I will not revisit this establishment.
