Following the change in ownership in July 2024, Pizza Bolis on Seventh Street has had sufficient time to revamp and improve its facilities. However, it appears that the new management focuses primarily on financial profits, neglecting customer satisfaction and employee welfare. This approach is detrimental to sustaining a successful business. The restaurant's neglected state and broken equipment are noticeable. A recent incident where a customer found metal in their pizza highlighted the urgent need to replace the pizza oven racks. Unfortunately, the management has not addressed this concern. Furthermore, the refrigerator's mold contamination poses serious health risks to customers, which the management seems to ignore. The health department should intervene to rectify these issues, as the establishment's current state is unacceptable.

Very bad nasty, disturbing and disappointed. I don't know if it was the owner or the manager. Insulting people even though I was being insulting. I can never imagine how business can operate like that. It is very confusing to explain what happened to that employee or owner. Better order your items online and just go pick it up later on. The store is supposed to be under negative zero. The store is located between 7st close to the memorial hospital in Frederick Maryland.

So I was considering giving pizza bolis another chance until I saw all the incredible negative reviews, including the one where they almost killed a kid by having a wire from a grill scrub brush in the food they delivered, I can't speak to that because that didn't happen to me, but here is what happened to me.
I used to order form pizza bolis frequently, but a couple years ago I had an order from them that was so bad, that I stopped ordering. About 2 years ago I ordered a chicken parm sub from the Frederick Pizza bolis, it was THE WORST food I have ever ordered from anywhere, and it isn't even close. There was no effort put into this food, it was absolutely insulting, you couldn't do worse even if you tried. What I received was extremely overcooked chicken, to a ridiculous degree, rock hard and dry as the sahara, and stale bread, unreasonably stale, not even passable, it was rock hard bread. There was NO SAUCE, not a little sauce, not under sauced, NO SAUCE, not only that, there was NO PROVOLONE, at all, completely left out. I took it as a personal insult, this wasn't a bad day, whoever made this sandwich decided I didn't matter and spit in my face. Do not ever order from Pizza bolis, you are disrespecting yourself if you order from this horrible place. I rarely leave a negative review but this disgusting establishment deserves every negative review they get. Avoid at all costs.
