I ordered food on the app. The food was ready upon arrival. It was warm and delicious, exactly what I expect from Pizza Hut. The quality of the food for the price was impressive; I fed the whole family for $30! Would highly recommend.
Carry out a delivery only. Unfortunately that's what Pizza Hut has reduced themselves to. Food's good services well what you would expect from delivery or carryout only. And there's no real atmosphere because you don't stay in there longer than it takes to pick up your order.
This was the last good Pizza Hut in Frederick and it’s gone completely downhill the people that run that store make the nastiest pizzas and then tell you that they can’t give you a refund for making the nastiest pizza you’ve ever seen. They should be ashamed of themselves for trying to serve that garbage to people.

Good food and polite staff, but because of a long-term glitch with Pizza Hut's website, this location can't deliver to locations that are five minutes away, so this is effectively a carry-out-only location if you are ordering online.
