Mother’s Day at Poblano Grill was a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel special. The festive atmosphere, friendly service, and vibrant decor created the perfect backdrop for a memorable celebration. We started with the grande nachos—crispy, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. It was surprisingly easy to get a table, even on such a busy holiday. Our entrées were full of flavor; the burritos and sizzling fajitas were definite standouts. It was the perfect spot to celebrate with family, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Thank you, Poblano Grill, for making Mother’s Day feel extra special. We’ll definitely be back!

Seems like a family owned Mexican restaurant. Friendly service and good food. Better than many other Mexican restaurants that i have been to. All food was fresh and the chicken was nicely seasoned and tender. Reasonably priced. Casual atmoshere. Definitely recommend.

We love Poblano Grill. Eat there often, usually at least twice per month. My favorites are the fajita chicken and shrimp chimichanga, and the fajita chicken taco salad. My mouth is watering, even as i write this review. Yum! The food is great, service is good, and the prices are super affordable. Above all, they are super nice people. Would recommend it to anyone in town.
The Poblano Grill is my favorite restaurant in Frederick! The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, the prices are great, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. My Mom and I went there for lunch today and we really enjoyed it. She had the fajita chicken quesadilla and I had the super salad. Both were fantastic. Thank you, Poblano Grill!!

I've been there 3 times now, I've been impressed every time. Very authentic, very fresh and well prepared. Really 4.5 stars but Google doesn't do half stars :(. I definitely recommend trying it out for yourself. It has a very family-owned vibe and the gentleman up front has always been very friendly and sincere.
