I am disgusted by the bathrooms. My husband has gotten food here once before, and while it was on the expensive side and not as fresh, he decided to give another go. I went to use the restroom and had a nightmare experience. No toilet paper. Pee ALL over the seat. Pee all over the floor! Hardly any soap, the first dispenser completely empty and second I could only get a tiny bubble out of. If an elderly person had to actually sit and use this bathroom they would could get sick. The food itself is reflected how well they take care of their bathroom. You might get sick. I am disgusted. I told the staff and there were like ohhh… didn’t seem like they gave two hoots.
Go to Taichi Ramen and Poke in ballenger, they have the best service and quality and quantity.

Used to be the place for Poke in Frederick. Unfortunately, the flavor and freshness have gone down quite a bit. We’ve been coming here for years, but I think we’re finally done. The mango tasted canned, the tuna tasted like it’s been sitting for days and had zero flavor, rice was dry… and that’s just some of issues with our bowls. Too bad.

10/14/25 First time coming in and food was very good. I picked the medium poke bowl with tempura chicken. Chicken was cooked on the spot, freshly made to order. Had a variety of toppings and options. Customer service was excellent. Two females, one Asian and Hispanic, worked the line very well. Will be back.

Spent $65+ on 3 items. My husband threw his away because he didn’t like the taste, and he usually eats anything. They left off several poke bowl toppings that were part of the order. They forgot to pack 3 of our 4 sauces. The avocado cost extra and was hard and bitter. Poor food quality and missing items = not worth the cost.
