I had a great experience at Pollo Campero in Frederick. My online order was ready in no time, and the restaurant was spotless—including the bathrooms. The older gentleman who helped me was incredibly polite and made me feel right at home. Excellent service and delicious food—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Only reason it gets a two star is due to the restaurant being like new but need portal AC units , just fix the central air and people will come.

And number two. The prices on the food is outrageous. I understand that we're in a really bad economy and things are up but just for a sandwich is $10. It's crazy. It's like going to a football stadium and having to pay those outrageous prices for simple things. I understand you have to make a profit and I understand it's a business but I'm sure there's a way this make both sides happy and still pay the employees a good rate because with those prices everyone should be at least making good money. And if not then a shame on you because we shouldn't have to be paying that much money for just one sandwich.

bad customer service through the drive thru , lady with lots of tattoos and black shirt had a lot of attitude, spoke loud tone and got a smart mouth , if you do not like the job then get a new job cause the next time ill give worse attitude.

Why...the manager on duty at night is Uriel. He is hands on, helps in kitchen, register & often delivers food to customers
His staff follows his lead
This pollo is busy at 8:45 with customers eating in. Why, unser the superb leadership of Uriel
