Slimy chicken, slow service had to wait 10 minutes for sub par chicken. Forgot napkins utensils and tortillas. Really dont plan on coming back here again

I didn’t know they had Spanish chicken on 40, I usually go to Popeyes but i really like the chicken I got a 3 piece with rice and a Jamaica to drink. I didn’t know what it was at first but the gentlemen gladly explained to Brit was just hibiscus. Next time I come I’ll have to try the empanadas which he recommended

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the service my family and I received at your establishment on Saturday, February 21.

We arrived at approximately 8:04 p.m. to have dinner together. Upon entering, we seated our children and proceeded to place our order. About ten minutes later, a staff member named Uriel brought our food to the table packaged to go. The manner in which this was done felt abrupt and discourteous. Additionally, no plates were provided.

When my brother-in-law approached him to request plates, he was informed that the restaurant was no longer serving at that time. However, this was never communicated to us when we entered the establishment, nor when staff observed us seating our children and placing our order.

We found the interaction to be unprofessional and lacking in basic customer service courtesy. As visitors to the area, we were disappointed by this experience, as we did not expect to be treated in such a manner. We ultimately left the establishment at approximately 8:40 p.m.

I came in at 8:30pm it was My first time trying you guys food here at campero and I was impressed. The service was great. The manager on duty “uri” took my order. He took the time to explain to me what comes on what combo and recommended what he thought we’d like. We ended up going with half fried and half roasted which I didn’t even know they offered. I was pleased with everything. The mango drink btw was to die for I dined in & tried to leave mess but I was with my son & i apologized to uri for leaving it to clean & he was very understanding ! 10/10 !

I had the best experience today at pollo campero, Katherine and Uriel the manager I believe really set the tone for my up coming visits. They were kind, understanding and most of all my food came out in no time. They seemed a little busy but I still got my food in no time! 5 stars from my part will be coming back will for sure!!

Today we had a very disappointing experience at Pollo Campero. The manager treated us in a very rude and unprofessional manner. We arrived at 8:04 PM, and the restaurant closes at 9:00 PM. Without even asking us, he gave us our food packed to go, even though my family and children were already seated at a table planning to eat there.

It was clear that he did not want us to dine in simply because they were close to closing time and did not want to continue serving or cleaning afterward. We felt uncomfortable and disrespected. His attitude was unfriendly and very impolite.

Someone with that attitude should not be in a manager position, as they represent the restaurant. It is unfortunate that customer service like this negatively impacts the experience. Sadly, situations like this are why the restaurant continues to decline.

Good is always decent, prices are reasonable. Dining area is mostly clean, drink area could use more attention but otherwise it's clean
