I called for them to call their driver to come back with the 2 litter soda, but the manager said he had doordash deliver my order and he didn't want to refund my money for the soda. I did not hire doordash and will not go through their long process to get my money back!

Pizza was left at door, no notification of arrival, they were cold. Sodas were not delivered. We called and asked that they be delivered, but 2 hours later we still did not have our sodas. They use DoorDash for their deliveries so be careful.

Walk in to order a pizza. There is one person doing everything. She is rude because I did not order online. The store looks dirty. The employees look disheveled and dirty. This use to be my go to pizza place. No customer service. Definitely will move on to any papa John's.

Never ever order delivery from this Papa John’s location. Waited almost 2 hours before canceling tonight’s order. They’re estimated delivery times must be at least doubled, and if you call to check you always get the same “we got a lot of orders at the same time and are running behind.” When their tracking app finally indicates that you order is “on the way,” the time to delivery, e.g., 8 minutes, doesn’t change for 10 minutes or more. Just be honest with me - if it’s going to take 2 hours to get me my pizza, don’t tell me 30 - 40 minutes, and don’t b_s_ me with excuses and false claims about the order’s progress.

They should change the name because this isn't Pizza. It looks like Pizza. It has all the ingredients necessary to be called Pizza but it ain't Pizza. Even at their relatively low prices, it's not worth it.

It's Papa John's, you know the pizza you are getting. That said, my experience with this store has been consistently good. I order online or with the app and have had both delivery and pick up orders. 4 stars because it has to be amazing to get that 5th star.

Worst service in Urbana. This is the second time we tried to order from them and they just can't get it together. First time was during the day at the pool. They said it would be two hours for delivery. During the day. Really. They said we only have one driver. So I ordered from Manhattan and we got hot delicious pizza in 20 minutes. Second time was tonight. Ordered at 5:01pm and we just got off the phone with them for the second time and still no good. First guy never apologized and said it's in a car somewhere. Second phone call told us the address was taken down wrong and that it would be another 45 minutes. So that would be a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes. So we canceled our order and said Manhattan is where we will order from now on. Seriously all I have heard is horrible things and now I have experienced it twice. Man I hate crap service. Way to go Papa Johns. You won't last long here.

We had the best experience at this site tonight (9/6/19 830pm). We placed our order and waited the 20 min for our pizza. While waiting, an associate broke away from a busy Friday night to give my kids coloring books & crayons to occupy them while we wait. They weren't even acting crazy, just standing there watching everyone working. Such a simple gesture but it made my kids night! Thank you so much!! The pizza and service were both great. You have an amazing staff at this site... keep it up!!!
