Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This is my third time coming to this Popeyes and I’m always disappointed.
The first time, I felt like I wasn’t welcome at all.
The second time, I had to wait until it was exactly 10:30 AM to be served by a manager who clearly didn’t like me—no greeting, no politeness, and he seemed in a hurry for me to leave.

Tonight, I went back again and I encountered the same employee from the first time. He didn’t respond to my greeting and was more focused on watching an argument between his coworker and a very rude customer. I understand they may be tired, but showing a minimum of attention to other customers would not hurt.

I specifically asked for 4 signature sauces, and he didn’t include them. He handed me my food very nonchalantly and didn’t reply when I said “good night.” It was extremely cold outside, and since I was on foot, I couldn’t go back once I noticed the sauces were missing.

The customer service at this location really needs improvement.

We stopped here while driving out of state. It had been years since we ate at Popeyes and my son’s first time. He got the FNAF Garlic Chicken Tenders and Cheese Curd meal. We weren’t sure he would like it, so they offered him a piece to try. I ordered the two piece chicken. The chicken was just how I remembered it, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Most of all the biscuit was flaky and buttery, and it seemed like it had just been freshly baked. My only complaint is the cleanliness and condition of the restroom. The restrooms need renovation badly. Some of the stainless steel was rusty, and there was a lot of old dust and grime. There were things smeared on the wall, I just wanted to get out of there.

Always missing something, and Even I asked many times for the same thing. So sad but the food is good sad for the people who works there.

This was the cleanest Popeyes I have ever been in with the biggest pieces of chicken ever handed out. I might have just had a lucky day but I felt like I was in heaven lol

I went through the drive thru today I was rushed to order
then the woman that was working the window kept making faces

I has order 5pc spicy yesterday. and I want to 2pc leg and 3pc thigh but they put in wrong piece 3wing and 2 breast. If there wasn't a piece, they should have told me when I was waiting to pick it up. But they didn't say anything.

I do like their fried chicken the best. I also think their biscuits are the best. Wish they still served Cajun rice.

With this location it's pretty much hit or miss. It really depends on who is working at the time you visit. Some of the employees are very friendly and take care to make sure the food is fresh and you have everything you need with a smile. But other times the staff is only there to get a pay check and really don't care about you or the food.

Arrived when open after midnight..but light were off except pick up window and manager on duty was clueless. Then wait in dive thru tok 25 minutes

I ordered a chicken sandwich with cajun fries, but unfortunately I only received the fries and didn't realize it until I'd gotten home. I was too tired to hop back into my car and drive all the way back for one sandwich, so I just took the loss... Perhaps it’s on me for not checking my food when I receive it, but it couldn’t hurt for the staff to doublcheck and make sure the whole order is in the bag, too. I don't know how you can forget to include the chicken sandwich in an order for a chicken sandwich, especially if the order only had two items.

I would even give any stars if I had a choice. I went through the drive thru, got home and the whole order was wrong. The staff doesn't speak English and are rude at that
Won't be returning again! Same thing over and over
