Had an amazing experience and meal today. They had a tender meal for a family of 4 that is only $25.00. The meal was fresh and delicious. This is one of the best Popeyes meals that I have ever had.

It seems as though the tenders have gotten smaller, and fries are sometimes colder than I prefer.

Occasionally the mobile app won’t send the store my orders sometimes and even when I show the employee/manager the order on the app and through my email. They still won’t honor it and tell me to call customer service support. Which I have to say is very inconvenient and a waste of my time. Time is money.

My biscuit is cold and the cheese wasn't melted. Never again. Down south does not do their cheddar bo like that. Very Very disappointed.

Drive thru was great! Person could be understood taking order and was friendly. Food delicious and hot!

Please clean the fryers and Change the oil in the fryers regularly. The fries and the sandwiches recently have come out tasting nasty and are very soggy. Also please chill on the mayo, my chicken is slipping and sliding in mayo right now bruh

While going through a drive-thru with my wife and child, I ordered from the deal menu and made it clear that I didn’t want anything spicy, just a regular classic flavor. However, when I reached the window, I noticed the receipt said “ghost pepper chicken.” I immediately pointed this out to the cashier, explaining that I couldn’t have that because it was for my child.

The cashier then brought another employee, who came over with an attitude and said, “That’s what you ordered.” I politely explained that it wasn’t, and even showed him what I had selected from the app, but he insisted, “That’s the classic boneless,” and when I said no again, his response was, “That’s because you don’t listen.” At this point, I asked if I could just switch the order, and instead of helping, he just stared with more attitude. When I suggested I come inside to fix the order, he swore at me, saying, “I don’t give an F,” in front of my kids, before slamming the window shut.

I went inside to speak with the manager about the cashier’s disrespectful behavior, especially in front of my children. Shockingly, the manager didn’t offer any kind of apology or show concern. When I asked for the cashier’s name to file a formal complaint, the manager initially refused, but eventually gave me the name “Roger” and said his own manager was “Rafael.”

This entire experience was completely unacceptable. Not only was it incredibly disrespectful, but it also left me and my family upset. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is baffling, and I would like to file a formal complaint.

I went to Popeyes in West Frederick at 4:49 PM today. I ordered the family meal with 4 apple pies and a Large half tea half lemonade, and my order number was 655.

When I got home, I realized that I only received 2 apple pies instead of 4, and I was given a Medium sweet tea instead of the half tea half lemonade I ordered. I tried calling to ask if I could come back to pick up the missing apple pies since my daughters wanted two each, but no one answered the phone. After five attempts, I gave up. I was disappointed that the usual excellent customer service was lacking tonight. The person taking my order was rushing me to finish while my daughter was still deciding if she wanted something else from the menu. This isn't the first time my order has been incorrect, and as a loyal customer, I can only handle so much. I am unsure if I should go back or not. Totally disappointed!
