Just had the best BLT I have ever had in my life… This is hands-down one of the greatest places around!!!
For the price your paying and this is the Sandwich you get I think not
Cute deli, with inside and outdoor seating. Unique sandwich options, very tasty and packed full. Friendly service. We will definitely be back to try other options.
Ordered online through toast tab. Was told food would be ready in 25 minutes. Arrived at restaurant at pickup time only to be told they hadn’t started my order yet because a “big order” had come in and they were taking care of that first. I waited 25 minutes after I arrived - a total of 45 minutes since I placed my order for 2 sandwiches! At least 2 other customers were waiting ahead of me for online orders also way past due. The young man at the counter was nice but there was no sense of urgency. Maybe cross train your employees so there’s more help to prepare food OR maybe don’t take “big orders” on the fly. It’s unfair to ask customers to wait that long. The food was expensive and disappointing: the so called churros were chunks of dry French bread doused with cinnamon sugar. The Chicken mozz sandwich was dry with almost no mozzarella to be found. This place used to be phenomenal but it seems poorly managed now.
A cozy and nice coffee place with good food and wonderful service. Their good taste in music is an additional bonus. This place is such a nice vibe and makes you want to enjoy little things in life.
Delicious breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, and iced tea love it can’t wait to go back. Very friendly staff as well.
I want to like Pump & Rye so badly. Love the place, super friendly staff, clean, great outdoor seating and it's walkable in Urbana.
BUT it's EXPENSIVE and the flavor of everything is just slightly weird. The pesto chicken sandwich is like 99% pesto. The Reuben is served cold-ish. The breakfast sandwiches are somehow both bland and sweet?
The hours are odd -- they aren't open early in the mornings, but they are open very late.
And they import all of their bakery items from somewhere, and then run out quickly. Don't expect a fresh croissant after 10am.
And they're slow. It takes them 10 mins to hand you something from the display case and 30 mins to pour a coffee.
If Gordon Ramsey is listening, this is an easy target to turn into a 5-star breakfast joint. But it isn't there now.
This is a nice, relaxing coffee shop that I decided to randomly stop at on a Sunday afternoon. Friendly staff, I mean from the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. The menu is very good. I wish I would’ve came in here hungry, but that’s okay future trip is being planned. I tried “This Mix is Bananas” Smoothie and it’s really, REALLY good. Not too sweet, made with natural ingredients and flavors. The layout is amazing. I do recommend coming here.
For the price of 2 coffees and 2 bagels for 40+ dollars and taking 28 mins to get them. It's not worth it. Look several minutes for them to acknowledge us to take our order too. I do not recommend.

Service is friendly. Some sandwiches are better than others. It's just very very expensive, so I only go once in a blue moon. Worth a try but must be ok with the price.

My figgy roast beef on brioche with arugula was sheer delight. I don’t live anywhere nearby, but I will go out of my way to eat here again and will drag my husband and 3 kids with me. There was a nice selection of craft beer and wine to boot. The service was also fantastic!!

I went in at 8:05am on election day after voting. I ordered a Everything bagel with fried egg, cheese and bacon. I also ordered a french toast bagel with Fig jelly. Irecived my food at 8:30am. I left the store and drove to work, about 6 miles away. Opened the bag and much to my suprise was a everything bagel with Salmon, Avacado, and tomato. The french toast bagel was dry as dirt. There were only 2 people working, 1 in back and 1 upfront. This meal cost me over $20. Really not happy. If you have the time and the patience to order food that is wrong and overpay for it by $10, this is your place.

Most expensive bagel I’ve ever had. Cinnamon raisin (with hints of onion) and butter for $5.45. I prefer Bethesda bagels. $2 each and fresher.

I have mix emotions with this place. Love creativeness to the food and names. Love they are kind of healthy. Love some gf options. Now I don't care for all the hard service for seating. There is now cozy spot. Pricey for what you get. I think they're so close on offering choices for gf people, however missing it with adding gluten to turkey sausage and things like that.
Parking: Go behind the restaurant to parking lot.
