THE FOOD: The pupusas here are delicious! However the seafood soup (sopa de marisco) is not worth the money. All I got in my soup were around 4 shrimp, and 1 crab shell with barely any meat in it. The soup consisted of just muscles, onions, cilantro and green bell peppers. It didnt even have fish, or a single crab leg. Los Trios or other restaurants I have tried from always have crabs legs, fish, even rice in the soup!
SERVICE: The service is not so great, they had 3 waitresses, it was not that busy. Yet there were so many dirty tables! They also took so long to bring us our check, even when we got up from our tables to go pay at the register.
ATMOSPHERE: its quite quiet, and not many people.
*side note they also dont give refills! So if you drop your drink, youll have to pay for it again.

We got to this place at 8:30 they refused to serve us and said it was only to go orders. When my husband asked for carne asada she said no they will not make it. Do not go here the ladies were rude they didn’t want to give my dad a a refund and made it seem like everything was an inconvenience. Take your money next door to Sardis.

It was horrible service, the girl who was the waitress had an attitude, she threw things when bringing the food.
Horrible experience. The waiter was very rude and had an attitude every time she came towards us. Would just hand us the plates like if she wasn't enjoying her job.

When they finally answer you to place your order, one of the people who works there answers you in a very ugly way, as if she is angry, I think she doesn't like her job, I don't know why she is still there, customer service is the first thing in a restaurant.

Very bad service, we called to order and pick up and the person who assisted us by phone was very arrogant and curt, and part of the food was in bad condition and call us to make that observation, and the only thing he said was that it was bad, I'm sorry ? .
I don't like to give bad reviews but in reality the experience was not good to begin with. We went for the first time since we arrived. The person who served us was very overbearing. He took our order from the other table without approaching us as if we had something contagious. At no point did he come even to ask us if everything was going well and to finish we were only a couple and at the other table there were 4 people at most and I forgot my partner's order which is why he made us wait longer and suddenly he stopped. He went and never came back, I had to get up and pay my bill at the cashier and the dishes were left on the table. The service was terrible, I would not return to that place.

Bad service!! I arrived at 9:26 pm, I didn’t even get a chance to look at the menu when the cashier ask me to place the order now because they are getting ready to close. I ask what time they closed and she answer at 10pm. When I answered I’m not ready yet, she replied again “we are getting ready to close” and walk off.Don’t arrive after 9 pm on the weekends, they are pre-closing and rushing to be out by 10.

I placed an order of 8 pupusas 4q 2q of rice 2r I went they charged me for 12 and the cashier Lucy was very terrible and told me that she is not crazy that I ordered 12 in total I came to my house I checked the camera in the room to hear the audio and there it is clear that I ordered 8 in total they always ordered food from here but no longer because of workers like that woman
