Went here for lunch around 11:30 and it was dead, only one other person sitting inside eating. The person working the register where you order had zero social skills. He just stood there, wouldn’t make eye contact and touched the computer when you said what you wanted. I said thank you several times and he never said a word except at the very end asking if I wanted my receipt.
The portion sizes are big. I got the chicken hibachi with half and half noodle and rice (no extra price which I was happy about). You only get one small little side of yum yum sauce for a large container of food which is unfortunate. Additional sides of sauce are .50 each. The food appeared to be already cooked and was put in containers quickly. I did like that I was asked if I wanted teriyaki sauce on top and how much at the end. The food was decent. Kind of dry but sauce made it better. I’ve had better hibachi at a mall food court though.
I attempted to use the bathroom which appeared to be unlocked and there was a gap between the door and frame. However it was locked and an employee was standing there next to the door on his phone and said “I think someone is in there”.
I did feel a little uncomfortable as I left as there were about 5 employees just standing behind the counter with nothing better to do them stare at me which was odd.
The food was horrible. I ordered beef and broccoli with noodles and veggies. I drove home opened the lid, What i received was 2 small pieces of meet on top of the worst tasting noodles I've ever had. With 1 piece of broccoli stem. No florets and no vegetables. So i basically bought a styrophone container of noodles. Took pics of it called and received nothing but an attitude. So my dog ate the 2 small pieces of meet. And wouldn't eat the noodles they where that bad... I'd never suggest anyone else to try them. They are the absolute worst restaurant I've ever been to. Go anywhere else and hopefully enjoy your meal...
Pretty Dirty bathroom was pretty gross the guy was doing online orders for 5 minutes staring at me right in front of the register before he actually help me
Got food at 5:30pm,chicken with noodles and vegetables. Food was not fresh.
Not sure why it's always a fight about the vegetables. It says on the menu that it's included, but I always have to ask about why they were not included. The place could use a cosmetic refresh, and the food is on the better side of fair (3.5 stars would be a more fitting review). I go in about once a year and am reminded about why I don't go in more frequently.
The food kinda bland. But if you use the sauces provided by them, it becomes much better.

Do NOT go here in person. You might be the only person in the place and it'll still take 30 min because they'll do a whole bunch of mobile orders before even taking yours. I don't even know why they bother having a storefront.
I often have to wait for a while but the food is good.
Although the food is decent here, they have 2 different menu prices and have spoken to the cashier a few months ago that the brochure prices are different (less than) what is listed on the menu hanging up. Please update your brochures by the register so your customers are not upset and are aware and not confused.

One of our favorite places to dine. Food is amazing and the prices are extremely reasonable.
Walked in approximately 1:15 to 1:20 to order food. Was the only one in line. Cashier taking an online order. While waiting, someone at the grill dropped their spatula. Picked it up, and proceeded to try cleaning it at the hand washing sink, with hand soap, laughing the whole time. This was my last straw with this location. I like the brand, but this location has always been subpar to the others in Montgomery County. I walked out, will not be returning.
I have nothing to say about the food, but I will say about the service. They are rude to the customers. I saw them being very rude to a delivery person. The restaurant doesn't understand that if the app driver wasn't working, maybe the customer wouldn't order because they didn't want to leave the house or for other reasons... Anyway, just a report.
The only time my order is right is if I doordash it, incredibly enough. There's a language barrier that often conflicts with my order being right when I go in person..
The employee you have handing out food is very slow. Lots of food backed up on the bar lots of customers standing waiting. No line to order. Be quicker.
