The actual cook staff are fantastic, kind and accommodating a very lovely group. however the younger of the two managers usually taking orders on the register is awful. he does not accurately transcribe orders often confirming what you ask for in the phone but not actually putting that on your ticket. furthermore he acts rude and flip when you mention any mistake made and has a sense of entitlement i’ve never seen before. he has single-handedly ruined outtings here because i am then forced to wait for my food to be remade and/or added too

So, I can't speak to the quality of service or atmosphere b/c I always do delivery but they do a decent job with their sushi. I've never had any complaints about what I've ordered from there and I keep re-ordering so they're doing something right.

Staff were nice but the food was so disgusting! Never again. Noodles were dry, veggies not seasoned enough, and shrimp undercooked. Yikes! I came hungry and left hungry because I ended up throwing 95% of what I got away. The place wasn't the cleanest either.

While I watched the guys behind the counter “pile the chicken” onto the previous orders, I felt slighted; my family and I were barely given chicken and Hibachi sauce. I tipped them too!! Not cool.

On their menu it states an avocado cucumber roll. I’ve ordered this roll many times and it never comes with the cucumber. I thought it had to do with ordering online, but ordered in person and it shows it on the menu and again just came with avocado. Please put cucumber in the roll or update your menu! Love coming to yall as our main sushi place but would love to get what I order.

Okay, where do I start. If you want a quick fix for hibachi, this place is just OK, food wise. The food is average, at best. The ventilation system in this restaurant is terrible, meaning, if you walk in, you’ll certainly walk out with grease smell all over your clothes and hair. It’s inescapable. It’s as if you worked a full day’s shift there and you’re bringing the restaurant smell home. What makes the entire experience even worse and the rationale for my rating, really comes down to poor service. The Asian man managing the register and taking the orders is absolutely rude and very, very cold. It’s as if he’s angry with you for coming to the restaurant and wants nothing to do with you besides, taking your money. His face and body language is as if he despises you and that the only thing that concerns him is for you to pay up and be gone. I’ll be careful how I say this next part, but I have young daughters and they are uncomfortable coming to this restaurant because of the intense and inappropriate stares and whispers from the cooking staff, all of them! It’s as if they are deprived men that have never seen women before. This is a commonly known issue amongst the teenage girl community in this area. These are HS girls. If the service and the environment was much better, it would probably make the food more tolerable, but overall the food is below average and again the service is terrible.

Went here for lunch around 11:30 and it was dead, only one other person sitting inside eating. The person working the register where you order had zero social skills. He just stood there, wouldn’t make eye contact and touched the computer when you said what you wanted. I said thank you several times and he never said a word except at the very end asking if I wanted my receipt.

The portion sizes are big. I got the chicken hibachi with half and half noodle and rice (no extra price which I was happy about). You only get one small little side of yum yum sauce for a large container of food which is unfortunate. Additional sides of sauce are .50 each. The food appeared to be already cooked and was put in containers quickly. I did like that I was asked if I wanted teriyaki sauce on top and how much at the end. The food was decent. Kind of dry but sauce made it better. I’ve had better hibachi at a mall food court though.

I attempted to use the bathroom which appeared to be unlocked and there was a gap between the door and frame. However it was locked and an employee was standing there next to the door on his phone and said “I think someone is in there”.

I did feel a little uncomfortable as I left as there were about 5 employees just standing behind the counter with nothing better to do them stare at me which was odd.

The food was horrible. I ordered beef and broccoli with noodles and veggies. I drove home opened the lid, What i received was 2 small pieces of meet on top of the worst tasting noodles I've ever had. With 1 piece of broccoli stem. No florets and no vegetables. So i basically bought a styrophone container of noodles. Took pics of it called and received nothing but an attitude. So my dog ate the 2 small pieces of meet. And wouldn't eat the noodles they where that bad... I'd never suggest anyone else to try them. They are the absolute worst restaurant I've ever been to. Go anywhere else and hopefully enjoy your meal...
