Always yummy, but they are very expensive compared to other ice cream shops in Frederick.
Was busy fast and good for a couple and a kid
The frozen custard was awful. We got strawberry custard and it was vanilla with something red mixed in but tasted nothing like strawberry. My husband got vanilla and he said it tasted like no vanilla he had ever tasted before. We had been Rita's customers since they first opened years ago but we will not be returning. The dog wouldn't even eat the vanilla. Very disappointing for the cost! I wouldn't even return for free!

Mango freeze was great. Not extremely busy and there were tables to sit and enjoy our frozen treats
This place is getting expensive but with minimum wage being jacked up to 15 per hour, all kids learning how to be good employees and workers are in the bag or cup. I would pay more for this delicious treat. Mango with vanilla custard for me.
Delicious, fast, reasonably priced. Always great service.

The quality of service and ice cream is very inconsistent. Some days the staff is friendly, sharp, and attentive. Sometimes they are robotic and creepy. Sometimes the ice cream is melty and skimpy. Sometimes it's perfectly frozen and hefty. This screams bad management and poor training.

The custard is very good, but ridiculously expensive and portions are much smaller than they used to be. I paid $7.49 plus tax and tip for a large custard that was more like a small.
