Rockwell Brewery offers a delightful variety of lagers to stouts in a fantastic location in Frederick. The atmosphere is perfect for enjoying a cool beer, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The brewery consistently serves great IPAs, including the popular Space Grass, and has gluten-free options. Customers can also order food from The Showroom Restaurant, located across the parking lot.
Rockwell Brewery has been in business since 2017 and has a large parking lot, outdoor patio, and indoor taproom. They have about 15 beers on draft, including ales, beer cocktails, IPAs, lagers, pilsner, seltzers, sours, and stouts. Most beers are available in three sizes - 5oz, 8oz, or pint. Customers have enjoyed the B.I.G. Juicy, which won Best Beer in Frederick in 2021, and described it as citrusy, full, juicy, and tropical. However, some customers did not enjoy the Cherry Pie Sour Fruited Sour, finding it to taste like cough syrup.
