The brewery itself is fine. Very nice beer selection and it's EXCELLENT BEER. However, we were there to see a band and the acoustics were horrible. Very disappointing as I was really looking forward to hearing this band.

We had my bridal shower at Rockwell and could not have asked for a better experience. The space is beautiful and spacious and Jessie was beyond helpful making sure we had everything we needed. She even took lots of pictures without me asking & sent them to me! 5 stars is not enough! 💗 💗

Miss the old Rockwell character from East street. No chalkboards with the beer names on the wall, glasses don’t say the brewery name anymore. Beer is still good but brewery lost its special touch from before.

Rockwell is a laid back place where you can come off hours and grab a great pint. For those looking for live music, then this is also your place as later I the evenings they have a great rotation of local artists.
With the recent addition of consistent food offerings, you can't go wrong on the north side of Frederick by your patronage.
Update 9/16/25 Still a great place with consistent local beers of all varieties. Great to have dark options along with a very solid list of IPAs, a rye, and lighter options. Come check out a wonderful, friendly, local spot in Frederick!
