The drive through is so quick, the staff is polite and friendly. They made my short visit a great start to my day. Can't wait to do breakfast there again.

Both burger and fries were good. The bun was nothing special. Toppings bar was nice, you are able to add as much or as little as you want with little take away containers for sauce. Disappointed they no longer had onion rings, they offer mozzarella sticks instead.

I came through drive through and Andrea was in drive thru. I forgot to order two sweet teas and 2 hot fudge Sundays. She had to walk to the lobby to get the first two teas. Then when I asked for two additional teas she said they just ran out. So I had to pull around to wait on the Sundays that was cool. I ran out of tea so I had a suspicion that she was trying to hustle me. So I went in the o get bbq sauce and refill my tea. Sure enough there was tea. So I went up to the register to order the two teas and she still tried telling me they were out of tea I was like I just got more. She was not happy at all. The tea container was 3/4 full. I will say this if you gonna try to hustle someone at least do a better job. The sad part is I’m sure she has done this to more people. SMH do better.

My experience at Roy Rogers was such a disappointment. I was really looking forward to treating myself and my brother to a delicious meal, especially on a rainy day. But man, when I bit into that cold French fry and then had a below room temperature burger, I was so bummed out.I thought about going back and asking them to redo it, but my brother was literally one minute away from my house, so I decided to just let it slide. I don't know if it was because of the young workers or the slow business due to the rain, but it was definitely the most disappointing experience I've had at Roy Rogers.I tried a French fry with in a minute of leaving the restaurant and I live a few minutes away from the restaurant, so it's not like the food had to travel far. I'm not sure what happened, but it was definitely a disappointing experience.I got food Sunday December 10

We ordered thru the drive thru. We don't have a Roy's near us so we drove an hour for that gold rush!!! Unfortunately the staff were extremely rude. I'm not sure about the remaining staff but the drive thru girl didn't like her job from the first words from her mouth you could tell she was mad she had to work. We were told to pull to side and to be honest I was afraid she was going to spit in our food that's how she came across.

Went to Roy Rogers after a long time. Had a taste for grill chicken. This grill chicken was as plain as a white piece of paper. No seasoning, no flavor. The onion rings were good but only warm. When I mentioned this to the cashier/manager she was very apologetic and understanding.Maybe I'll come back to try the other chicken sandwich..or maybe not.

I want to state that the workers are very friendly. My bad rating is directed towards Roy Rogers company itself. The food overall is bland ( there is more flavor in white bread than the food here). The portions compared to other fast food breakfast competitors (example Hardee's) is small. The only food item I feel that is good is the sausage gravy, however the sliver of biscuit provided does away with the overall satisfaction you could have. I would not recommend these chains for breakfast unless you enjoy small portions of bland food.

Large, open, clean facility. Large parking area with several HC spots. Staff seemed alert and responsive. Food came out relatively fast. Tables are small and seating was cramped (I'm 6-2, 220 pounds). Men's room seemed dark and small. Food was okay, nothing special about the burgers or fries. Self serve sodas require pushing up to 3 buttons to get the desired drink. "Fix'n bar" has always been a nice touch, but can get messy and crowed. This was a unplanned stop for us and will probably not be repeated when next we travel between WV and MD.
