They have the cement barrier at the drive-thru to prevent you from leaving after waiting 20-30 minutes for a single meal. It's more of a "Slow" food restaurant, not a fast one. It's be fine if the chicken being overcooked wasn't a cointoss.

Food is not as good as it used to be. The food was barely warm. They changed the pickles on the fixins bar, please bring back the old pickles.. Most of the tables were dirty and they weren't busy. This was a top notch fast food chain, what happened?
