I hope it was just an off time of day. The burger patty was very dry and the cheese and bun were cold. But, the dining room was clean, even the fixings bar. The counter person was nice.

I only come to restaurants hotels places on good reviews this Roy Rogers had a great review at 4.4 so I came here for breakfast. I tried the new steak and egg cheese burrito it was great.The young lady, Associate 1 at the register was great her customer service was great and the other young lady with the nice head of hair like I use to have was great as well. My food was great The Establishment was clean I will recommend this place 👍🏾

Several times have had to wait for food one time took 30 min to get food from drive thru. Bring food out after waiting and still missing items. Seems no food prepared not busy no management happening there

Roy Rodgers in Frederick Maryland us awesome. They double check your order and make sure it is correct , I will be stopping back there again and again every 3 months. There has been to many mess ups at the Roy Rogers in Thurmont Maryland they are bad
I had a pretty large take-out order but what fast food restaurant would ask you if I mined if they put my bags in a warmer so they could cook more fries making sure mine were hot and fresh

The ownership and management of this location needs a clue! They had (2) employees working the Monday morning at the Frederick Fair week…took 25 minutes to get a sandwich…won’t be back…nobody has that time in the morning to sit and wait . Also both employees were obviously frustrated! I also watched customers come in and walk out waiting on someone to take their order.
