Traveling from MD to PA, I was thrilled to see a Roy Roger's restaurant since they left Pittsburgh. I had chicken n waffles. It was delicious. Chicken cooked perfect crispy on the outside and tender juicy on the inside. Waffles crunchie but not hard. I also noticed they had a Roger's fixing bar so you can personalize your food. Woman running the drive-thru was extremely rude, disgruntled, and mean. 07/05/24 3:15pm. I don't think I'll ever go back again, never even got a hello or a thank you from anybody. Treated me like garbage, with no respect. She seemed like she was in a management position, even more disheartening. GM seemed friendly when I called, but I don't think she knows how customers are being treated when she is away from the location. If somebody doesn't like or appreciate their job, they should find another one. 1 star service. Do better. Treat people with respect and dignity.

Very easy to hear and be heard on their drive-thru intercom. I was greeted when the worker came to the window and thanked after the service was complete. The order was correctly and quickly filled.
