We went through the drive thru and it took probably close to 40 minutes from start to finish. Not only that but i was not expecting how expensive it was for 3 people.

This place and establishment has really gone down hill. My girlfriend spent her hard earned money on your food, and you couldn't even remember gravy for you instant mashed potatoes? Shame on you. Whoever owns the Roy Rogers franchise in Frederick should literally go out of business, because your quality control and food, you clearly don't care about. Your friend chicken is dry and to tough, your staff cant remember to include a simple thing as GRAVY for mashed potatoes? It's pathetic. Don't go here, or any Roy Roger's establishment in the Frederick area until they show some semblance of improvement. 0/10. Horrible!

The amount of beef on the sandwich was good, but I felt the meat was a little dry. It could have used a small bit of au jus, but since I carried it out, I was not able to add it. Otherwise, it was good.

Tables and floors were filthy. Hard to find a clean table to eat at and they weren't busy AT ALL! I took their survey and explained in more detail about my experience there. I doubt I'll hear anything back from them. All this stuff ever seems to be us bot-generated.
Came here late at night about 5 minutes before closing. Apologized profusely but John assured me it was no problem and was very helpful and attentive with his customer service. Every time I come here, they’re great and John always seems to be at the helm of it all. Love this location!Parking: Plenty of Parking

Service here us slower than you can believe. It is nothing abnormal to come here and wait in the drive through for 10+ minutes regardless if you have one car in front of you or not. Food is great, but don't come here if your in a hurry.

The breakfast fries were barely warm, and that's all I got aside from a coke. Very sad. I almost cried real tears. Well, maybe not real tears, but still saddened by my breakfast fries.
