Walk in and it just looks run down. Was already there with two young kids so decided to give it a chance for us to eat coming from shopping. Don’t know her name because she never told us but had two Ruby Relaxers which were what we remembered so ordered two more and found fruit flies in the drink after already starting it. I brought it to her attention because she was also the bartender. Nothing came from it from her besides a remade drink. No sorry or I apologize, absolutely nothing. I was mind blown but kept my composure because I knew that that right there ended my whole experience. Either way finishing the meal saw two not so promising individuals that were cooks come from the back that made me feel even worse about the whole situation. I would not recommend you or your family to go to this establishment and this company is not around anymore for a reason.

A very welcoming and attentive environment. With no high expectations, I ordered the beef kabobs. The food was very good with their rice and thick sautéed onions all drizzled with their garlic butter, to the point I focused more on my food than socializing with my guest, lol. A family environment which surprised me as they were not very busy. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, checking in regularly without being interruptive or intrusive with our own conversation. I left Ruby Tuesday feeling satisfied not just with the delicious meal, but also with the pleasant interaction. I highly recommend!
