We ordered via DoorDash, which I hate to do when trying a restaurant for the 1st time but the menu and pictures were both unique and enticing. Well, we were sorely disappointed in what arrived. Including a picture of my Lengua taco. I asked for no onions but keep the cilantro and add cheese and tomato's. Instead, they gave me a horribly tiny portion of meat and nothing else [smh].My husband was excited to get a breakfast plate. It did not have 1/2 of what was described (no cheese, no avocado, and only a mouthful of rice!). Additionally the eggs were supposed to have "peppers, onions and tomatoes" in them. The peppers were JALAPEÑOS! Loaded. Almost an inedible joke.And, they forgot to send the pupusa I ordered.... Again, very sad. Never again. I can't justify a second chance based on what they served. No pride in what they sent out tonight.

Normally we really like their vegetarian pupusas, but very disappointed tonight to bring our food home to only have 4 of the 6 we ordered in the bag. Also, there was none of the usual salsa and coleslaw. Very disappointing. Definitely best to check the order before walking out.Vegetarian options: Pupusasa, tamale elote, platanos, yuca, frijolesKid-friendliness: Most kids will probably like pupusas, platanos and fried yuca

So I just went in with my husband to buy some bakery, my husband greets the worker woman at the cashier and she just gave my husband a bad look and didn’t even said hello…(like we was disturbing her area) we go and pay and she was looking at some papers and taking pictures with her phone and doesn’t even consider us standing to pay. Than she kept giving me bad looks like she wanted to fight, so unprofessional of her job, acts like she’s giving us out purchases that we are paying…this is my second time I go in and she is there, the 1st time she overcharged me of my purchase and she just said..oh go get something else…EXCUSE ME! It’s my money and she should pay attention to her job, if she gonna be treating customers like she does than it’s not her place to work at, I don’t understand how this place gonna have bad service with this type of individual that it’s so rude & sarcastic…is this how you want your business to grow?!!! She said her name was Glenda or glandy…VERY rude.

I ordered a chicken quesadilla but they barely put cheese on it, the tortilla was cold so it was also hard, I returned it and they didn't give me my money back.

Pastries are awesome, but coffee is undrinkable. I’ve had to pour it out twice. Yuck..?

My girlfriend loves the sweets here and frequents here quite often. I've had them myself and they go great with my tea while she has their coffee. I have not tried their pupusas but I am satisfied with their sweets! I also think the seating situation is quite unique with the woodish chairs.

Very bad. I called to ask for a specific cake that they have that I know they have because I’ve been in there. And the lady was very rude and nasty and hung up on me twice. Definitely not a place to go to very very very bad customer service.
