Booking Sage Cakery to make our wedding cake was one of the highlights of the wedding. As someone that loves cakes, I was so looking forward to trying Sage on my wedding day and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their cakes. My husband generally doesn’t like cake as much, but even he loved the ones they made for us. The blackberry sage was a huge hit, and the decoration on the cake could not have been more stunning. It was exactly what we asked for and more. They worked with us too to add a topper my mom made for us and it looked perfect on top of the beautiful cake. We can’t wait to get another cake from them on our anniversary!

Ginger bread mini muffins were liked by all. The vanilla not so good. They said the vanilla was too dry. I guess it is best to use the day they are baked. I was told they would be fine, but not the vanilla. Otherwise seems like a great bakery. Employees were very nice

This was the absolute best experience ordering a cake. We needed a specific birthday cake made and we needed it for both a boy and girl. Sage Cakery was amazing, we live out of state and had to communicate via email, but they were super helpful and kept an open line if I had any questions. If you're looking for a fairly priced yet exceptionally made cake/dessert spread for your wedding or event, book Sage Cakery. We fell in love with Sage because their ingredients are all clean and free of preservatives as they make 99% of their goods in-house. The 1% is imported jam filling from Italy - say less. The bakers are also expert decorators - we went for a gold drip design for our cake and they incorporated gold speckles across our other desserts in our spread. They deliver to your venue and set-up, and offer very low cost display rentals. For weddings they offer a couples box where you can get two of everything you ordered to-go (they did forget to bring ours to the venue, but they were quick to offer to make it up to us by providing us with our box when we returned our rentals, which was an example of their good service). Faith, the wedding coordinator, was awesome to work with and allowed us to come in for a second tasting to workshop our own flavor for the top tier of our cake as we wanted to try the fall flavors and did our initial tasting in the spring. The best part is Sage will recreate the top layer of your cake to enjoy (from scratch) for your anniversary, so they encourage you not to freeze the cake (their ingredients are so good it won't last in a freezer - love). We highly recommend and we look forward to supporting this business more!

Sage Cakery did a wonderful job with our Gluten Free and dairy free wedding cake! It was such a joy to work with Faith and the whole team. Everyone at our wedding was amazed by how good the cake was (people went back for seconds!). I have a severe gluten allergy so picking a bakery for our wedding cake was nerve wracking but Faith walked me through their precautions and I’m happy to report that there was no cross contamination in my wedding cake.
If you’re someone with a gluten allergy/celiac who is getting married soon and are looking for a bakery to do your cake, I strongly recommend Sage Cakery.
