I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan in the curbside department. He’s jovial, courteous, and consistently pushing out great customer service! He’s a pleasure to see and never fails to bring a smile to my face! Kudos to you, young man! You are what the world needs more of!

We just canceled our membership it’s gotten so bad. The Frederick store has gone downhill since we first started shopping there 5 years ago and we just couldn’t take it anymore it had gotten so bad. Don’t know what happened, but it appears to be very, very poorly managed. Food Court is a disaster, totally worthless. Out of food and/or drinks half the time and there are no supervisors overseeing the whole mess. The store had refrigeration issues and had gotten rotten food several times in a row. Selection has gotten terrible with fewer options as time goes on. To top it all off, they’ve got cell phone and home warranty sales people who act like aggressive pan handlers to every customer who walks by - totally unacceptable for a place where you pay membership dues. We’re done, the Frederick store was just a train wreck.

This place has really went downhill, we go every 2 weeks sometimes weekly and the cafe is constantly out of food. They end up closing nearly every time and most the time are out of everything but pretzels and hotdogs including half the drinks

As a shopper I don't mind going to Sam's Club. As the wife of an employee, I hate it. How can you give your associates 3 weeks of a schedule so they can plan accordingly, and then change it the day before your day off?!?!? My husband was supposed to have off yesterday 2/21 and today 2/22. He checked his schedule Monday before he left work at 6:30pm and he was off yesterday and today. I happened to check his schedule today (2/22) and it was changed to him working. I don't know who this manager Paul is, but you need to do better. We make appointments and arrangements based on his schedule and then the day before (when he's off) it changes and you don't notify him that he now has to work on a day you scheduled him off?? I call BS. I guess I'm glad I took screenshots of his schedule before they changed it. I'm not happy Sam's Club and Paul. Also, when he started there he was working Saturdays and had Sundays off. Now they have him working both days on the weekend. I am completely dumbfounded as to how they can run a business and keep employees with their schedule changes and poor management.

The amount of gratitude I have for John Laramie truly cannot be conveyed in this post but I will try. John, a manager at this Sam's Club location, found my wallet that I lost. Let me tell you that my entire LIFE was in this wallet. I lost it easily 4 months back this summer and was obviously devastated not only due to the value of the leather wallet but losing all of my credit cards, check book, National Parks pass, and SO much more. My financial security was truly at a high

They closed the photo center!! I *HATE* having to order photos online and WAIT several days for them to show up. When they finally do, they’re cropped wrong and I have to send them BACK to be redone! It’s so much easier and faster to simply tell a human working behind a counter what they did wrong and have them fix it while I’m standing right there.

I recently started doing 95% of my grocery shopping at Sam's Club and have been impressed with both the member services I've encountered and products I've purchased. The store itself is very clean, well-lit and organized. I love all of the organic food options and the home decor selection is very impressive! I especially love the Scan & Go option. It makes shopping with three kids much more enjoyable!

Sam's Club Frederick takes care of all of my shopping needs. I can get basically everything that I need, in one trip. The gas prices are always low, they have a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables and I can stock up on beauty supplies! I have yet to have a bad experience at this location!
