I’m not a fan of this restaurant, I’ve eaten here several times over the last 10 years and most times, it’s a disappointment. In my opinion, the food is below average and the service is also below average. I’m honestly surprised the restaurant has remained open for this long. Not much more to say, but unfortunately, this is a restaurant that I cannot recommend..

We were originally trying to go to a different restaurant and the way it was too long. Call Santa Rosa, they were friendly on the phone, took a quick reservation. Food was great, service was kind and timely. My wife and I love it here!

We were driving home from Delaware to Pittsburgh and saw that this restaurant was on our route. We picked it based on the reviews, and we were not disappointed. We ordered the ceviche primavera, 2 pork and cheese papusas and the Parrillada. Everything was delicious! The flavors came through with each dish. Happy to give 5 stars for the food and the service! 4 stars for atmosphere because there several loud and possible drunk men at the bar (at 2pm on a Monday). They were wrecking the vibe a little bit. Thankfully they left not too long after our food arrived. Anyway, food was great!
This is a hidden gem that we just discovered this week and we have gone twice already. The food is really good, the soups are super delicious . The service is great and the atmosphere is really good. This is definitely one of our regular restaurants.
