We ordered 2 ½ chickens with sides and a chicken quesadilla for takeout, and everything was outstanding! The customer service was warm and efficient, making the pickup smooth and pleasant. The food itself was incredible—juicy, flavorful, perfectly seasoned chicken that hit the exact flavor profile you hope for with authentic Peruvian pollo a la brasa. It’s not easy to master juicy chicken, but Sardi’s nails it. The sides were fresh and tasty, and the quesadilla was a hit too. We will definitely be back!

Today I ordered a skipped chicken to take away and as soon as I was eating I found leftovers that seem to be scotch brite or some metal on the plate, I'm not sure if I ate some metal particles before I saw that. I used to eat there but I won't come back anymore because I'm afraid that I'll get other leftovers in the food.

We tried Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa in Frederick and ordered the whole chicken (dark meat) with three sides. The chicken was well-seasoned and flavorful, and the sides were delicious and fresh. Service was prompt and courteous, which made the experience enjoyable.

The only downside was the portion size. For the cost of a “whole chicken,” it didn’t feel like we received the amount we expected. The value didn’t quite match the price, which was disappointing given how tasty the food was.

With better portion consistency, this would easily be a five-star spot.

This was my first time visiting Sardis restaurant. I am from Frederick and only have tasted the food at a cookout because someone brought it there many years ago. The restaurant itself seems more like a quick carry out spot but does have ample seating for groups or families. It seemed cleaned and well kept. I took my dad here last night for dinner, but we ended up getting it to go. I waited for about 10 minutes before I could order. Finally, a gentleman from the back came up to asaiat me. There was another person ahead of me being helped, but it was taking long with the other worker. I got a half chicken with the roasted Brussel sprouts and carrots and fried rice. I chose the Verde and mambo sauce for the sauces. I also ordered my dad the chocolate mousse cake, and I got the southern banana pudding. I did like the fact that they offer a variety of sides, which was a nice switch up from other Peruvian places I have visited, and they offer other types of food. When I got home to try everything, I was impressed. The chicken was flavorful and packed a punch of goodness. The Brussel sprouts and carrots were my favorite, and fried rice was only okay. I would try the beans and rice on my next trip. The banana pudding was delicious. Wasn't impressed for their version of mambo sauce. The Verde was delicious. I would visit again and would recommend this restaurant.

It was so good I forgot to take photos before starting. Amazing chicken and Amazing sides. Husky portions with the sides too. 3 piece dark meal is a steal at $14.50.

I had the fried rice and beans, and the roasted veggies. All were spot on! This spot is definitely going to be in the regular lunch rotation!
