Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa - Frederick

This place has the best chicken and mashed potatoes EVER! I think it's Peruvian (I'm not sure, however, I am sure that it is delicious). I live 40 plus miles away and make the drive to get a tasty lunch there. They have other choices but I know what I like (half chicken, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables and tres leches cake for dessert). It's perfection!

I spent almost $100 on food from Sardis Frederick this past Sunday 18th of January. The food was really bad but the worst were the lomos saltados . We ordered one service with chicken and two with beef at about $22 each and the meat was very dry and tough, no one could eat them. I wish I had the time that day to go back to the restaurant and return the food and demand my money back. Never again will go to Sardis

I ordered a whole chicken special with three large sides; we got the yucca fries, plantains & fried rice with beans. It was a great amount of food for a family of four (plus some leftovers to go home).

The chicken was amazing. The sides were all very hot & tasted great. My 3 year old & 6 year old ate some of everything & loved it. Only ~$40 for everything.

Sardi's is the best. I'm happy to be a regular!

Top tier cheap eats, you can have a delicious feast for less than $20. Green sauce is amazing. Great for carryout or eat in, cannot lose with Sardis!

The best peruvian food out there! Amazing services and you don’t have to wait that long for the food either. The worker who helped me the most was Rita, amazing customer service and amazing patience.

The customer service is disgusting. I went to pick up a corporate lunch and the woman around her 40's and thin was trying to call me a thief and cussing me out in Spanish when I asked for the drinks the company paid for. Maybe look at the order and see it was paid for. I understand Spanish. The GM was also in the restaurant of no help. Never again. I got the drinks with a side of some ignorant misery from someone who hated her job and wrong assumptions. I have had an okay experience here in the past but not today. Management should have done something.

Their food is always fresh and delicious. The only thing they need to improve is the dining tables and booths….very wobbly and the chairs are worn out.

I use Sardi’s to cater for lunches and as a quick dinner option for my family. Everyone loves the food and the variety of sauces. The rice and mashed potatoes with gravy are a huge favorite. The staff is friendly and the orders are always on time.

With stopping in. We date to our friend route 70 and come through Frederick so we can go here. Really great bowl some chicken. Pretty quick too so you can get back on the road. Lots of people taking take out

Unfortunately the pupusa revuelta was disappointing. Not at all authentic and they forgot to pack my curtido. Maybe it was an off night, but I can’t recommend this place
