We ordered 2 ½ chickens with sides and a chicken quesadilla for takeout, and everything was outstanding! The customer service was warm and efficient, making the pickup smooth and pleasant. We tried Sardi’s Pollo A La Brasa in Frederick and ordered the whole chicken (dark meat) with three sides. The chicken was well-seasoned and flavorful, and the sides were delicious and fresh. Service was prompt and courteous, which made the experience enjoyable.

The only downside was the portion size. For the cost of a “whole chicken,” it didn’t feel like we received the amount we expected. The value didn’t quite match the price, which was disappointing...
