I got 2 smoothies and the lid wasn’t on correctly causing me to spill it all over myself. Workers didn’t remake it and instead were just asking if I wanted to buy it again. I then went in the next day to see if I could get a refund for the drink I didn’t consume and was told no. I come frequently and was disappointed.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The place is clean, bright and welcoming. Menu choices are clear and the staff is knowledgeable about what they have to offer including substitutions. The machine was giving a hard time reading my GC and instead of getting flustered or annoyed the team began to trouble shoot the issue. After trying a few ideas Laxmi came over and figured it out! She was great! Great customer service skills. Def left with a smile on my face and a delish smoothie.
Just went there. And as someone mentioned months ago the fruit didn't look appetizing. The bananas were brown and mashed up and the strawberries didn't look that good either. It's obvious the fruit is recycled for days. This is bad compared to the other smoothie kings I have visited and.

The fruit looked so gross it was almost bubbling from the heat it looked like it had been sitting there for a very long time. I'm a very well traveled woman my husband is a airline pilot so I visit alot of places .
