Thanks for adding salt to my wound of losing my dog. I was trying to cheer myself up by treating myself to some Starbucks. I received 3/4 full Tall Pumpkin Spiced latte. My egg white and turkey bacon breakfast sandwich was literally a piece of egg white on a muffin. What a joke! I guess I got jipped because I didn't leave a tip??? The 7th St Starbucks, Frederick, MD is a huge let down. Never again.

Yes this location managed by Nick has really amazing staff. I realize that Starbucks has a brand of great customer service but this location goes above and beyond their customer service level. I am grateful for the great staff such as Patrea, Zoe, Sarah, Natalie, Kylie among others. But one person whose heart is so kind and is very business minded and customer service centered is Nicole. I realize you are moving into a bank of America building and expanding. If there is a capacity for another lead, this should be her. She has a potential and acumen for a manager so this location needs to make sure they cultivate her natural gifts because she is definitely an asset to this franchise and location. Thank you so much!

I have not been here in years, and it was nice to see that it was just as nice and friendly as it was when I went there years ago almost daily when I worked in the Bernard W. Brown Community Center on 7th street in the Mediation Center.

Unusually long wait

Horrible customer service. The person who took my order was one of the rudest men I’ve dealt with at this location thus far. When politely greeted he simply stared and me as if to say “not here to chat what the hell do you want”. Rushed me to order as I was a little indecisive for 45 seconds ; and then got my order completely wrong. Iced latte was hot , no foam in my COLD FOAM vanilla cold brew. Usually I wouldn’t be one to bat an eye , I get it. But the interaction was so off putting and standoffish, I didn’t even feel comfortable to mention it was wrong without an eye roll followed by an exasperated sigh( which yes he also did when I apologized for not knowing what I wanted). I was the only customer in there and just because you’re in the middle of a conversation with your coworker/cleaning for closing in an hour - you don’t treat patrons as if they are a waste of your breath. 3rd and last time coming here. Go to the one by Skate Frederick , much better people there who don’t make you seem like an inconvenience.

The drink I ordered tasted very watered-down and overall wasn't the best. But the service was pretty good and the place has a very chill atmosphere, even with how busy it gets. The drinks are overpriced, but that's starbucks for you.
