I came through the drive thru this morning and was having a hit of a rough morning. I came up to the window ready to pay and as soon as I go to give the associate my money I hear a girl behind me yell, “I love you John!” He made my day by giving me my drink this morning as a nice gesture. I told him, “I can see why they shouted I love you!” Hahah you’re the best John! You made my day, I love you! 🥹🙏🏼

Late Night Interview
The tall blond viking makes a good latte and is friendly. Also last time I forgot to tell them iced latte and of course recieved a regular latte and told the other guy my mistake. He promptly poured it out and put an iced latte in my hand in less than a minute. Great crew guys stay white ok?

I stopped by the Starbucks off West Patrick, right next to Gogiya Korean BBQ. The store itself was clean, busy, and efficient, which I appreciated. My drink was ready quickly once I figured out the process.
That said, the customer service felt a bit lacking. When I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged I was there. The staff all seemed very focused on their tasks, which made the atmosphere feel a little standoffish. At one point, I wasn’t sure if my drink was ready and had to wave someone down—only then did they explain I needed to take another step to finish my order. Everyone was polite, just not very welcoming.
Overall, the location gets the job done and moves fast, but it’s missing that friendly, personal touch that makes a big difference. For that reason, I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5.

My mom and I came into the store a little before 8am on Saturday, June 28th, to pick up custom coffee orders for a bridal party we were a part of. We had 11 personal cups to be filled with various drinks (most had multiple modifiers). Leah, John, and Rain all greeted us with smiles and made the ordering process a breeze! I was a little nervous to go in with that many personal cups and somewhat complicated drink orders, but the staff made us feel at ease and were more than happy to accommodate. They were all super friendly and down-to-earth— we really enjoyed our conversations with everyone!
When I’m in the Frederick area, I will make it a point to try to go to this location. I can’t say enough about how amazing this experience was!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I got a chai latte, it was okay. My sister got a cold drink, but she didn't like it; said it was too watery. And I like that they open early on Sundays when most coffee shops are closed.
I dined in. I have been going to rt 40 Starbucks for years. I love the people and the originals and some new ones can make my drink great. I will be honest. I think I still like the old building better than this one. I just didn't like the parking. It was cozy and people talked to me more. But the new building is large and spacious just not the old atmosphere. Some of the new people still can't make my drink the way I like it but I'm sure they will learn. One of the new batistas, Leah, is fantastic. She can do any job in there.

Atmosphere, very homey, relaxing vibe, great for studying, or working! The drinks are great! And service is quick! They have many options for all different ages! My little siblings love the cake pops! I usually get the refreshers... but the coffee is VERY popular!! I love how you can customize your drink to exactly how you want it! It's great!! Highly suggest! Oh! And some have a drive through!!
