Terrible service — will not return. I had a disappointing experience at this location. When I pointed out that the lid on my drink was dirty, the cashier insisted the “dirt” was part of the foam. I asked for the drink to be remade because I wasn’t comfortable drinking it, and she became visibly annoyed, telling me to pull forward since there were cars behind me. I let her know I was fine waiting, but she gave me attitude in return.
The barista remade the drink in under five minutes, but when handing it to me, she told me she was upset about the situation. I was shocked that a customer service employee would say that directly to a customer. At that point, I asked for a refund.
There was no manager on duty to speak with, so I’m left sharing my complaint here. I won’t be returning to this location.

I went through the drive through around 2pm today (Monday) and your team was on point! Extremely helpful service and they moved the long line quickly and efficiently. I asked about a Java Chip Frappuccino because I hadn't had one in a long time. Although it is no longer on the menu, they said they could make me one. Can I please tell you that this was the best Frappuccino I have ever had from any Starbucks!! I fear that I will be chasing the perfection of that frapp for the rest of my life. Haha. Absolutely delicious. Whoever made that drink knows what they are doing and should be the corporate trainer. Thanks for the delicious treat and friendly smiles. You guys are the best!!!

Loved it! Friendly, smiling faces. Fast service, no need to wait in line. Not crowded, enough parking spaces. They have a drive-through as well. Very close to other food chains. Convenient to stop by and have a coffee inside or you can go through the drive-thru, or just get inside and order through the counter. Very satisfied and thankfull!!!

I LOVE this Starbucks! It is by far the BEST in the Frederick area. The ladies who serve me almost everyday are so pleasant. They know my order...they know how I like my order. It's also FAST! It's like my hidden secret. I cannot stand the location on Westview so it was refreshing to have this one just as close with 10x better service.

This Starbucks embodies the true values of what the brand used to stand for, quality of service and a tasty beverage. Don’t bother with Westview Starbucks unless you like terrible service and poor quality drinks. Drive the extra few minutes to come to this nicer, newer, cleaner, more inviting, and all around better location.
