Why is it that when you order a caramel macchiato, the drink taste like no caramel was even thought of being added. The price of the coffee keeps rising but the quality of the drinks has been declining. Starbucks and the locations are getting worse when it comes to making quality drinks.

Dietary restrictions: I get sick more often at this location as I have a dairy allergy. The manager is sensitive to the issue, but based on the number of times I have been made ill, I do not trust them with my order and do not order from here unless I can order in person and personally ask to confirm that the order was made without the requested allergen.

I normally dont leave reviews but i knew they got my order wrong at the drive through. I mustve said it wrong or the lady heard me wrong. I meant to get vanilla cold foam and when i tried to say something the worker just kept being like "it mixes through" and then i think pretended to remake drink and brought out what looked like the exact same cup. And i said thats the same cup and she just kept saying "it mixes through". She didn't need to do all that i was just gonna say i ordered the wrong drink and just wanted the drink i originally meant to get.

Short wait time, accurate order, and super friendly staff!
they gave me a drink that was sitting for at least 30 minutes after i placed a mobile order no more than 3 minutes prior. i brought it in and then went to the bathroom as it was being remade, i came out and had to have been handed the same drink from before. more foam than drink. highly unsatisfied

Like most Starbucks in the US, the cleanliness of the establishment leaves a lot to be desired. Crumbs, dirty napkins, spilled liquids, flies, and chairs out of place are evident for customers to see. For as much Starbucks charges for average coffees, I am not sure why they do not put in more effort (and hire more people) in maintaining the place.
