Ordered 2 brown sugar cortados and they taste like two completely different drinks! Really disappointing especially after waiting for 10 minutes in the drive-thru line. I asked for a ciabatta sandwich and the guy didn’t know what I asked for and just said they didn't have it. Worst Starbucks in Frederick, MTA, and Westminster area.

I went to Starbucks today on buckeystown like in Frederick md. There was one car in front of me in line. We ordered a black coffee and dirty chia (chia with shot of expresso) after a 10+ min wait and window they got the order wrong. I didn’t have time to wait when I called the store all they could offer was we are overwhelmed. When I tired to use email customer service it kept redirecting me, and chat was unhelpful since I didn’t have the receipt that was never offered since I tapped and paid!

The young short girl on the microphone taking orders through the drive-through needs to do a better job summarizing peoples orders because she got my order wrong and on top of that they asked for a tip at check out, and you expect them to do something so menial correctly.

The customer service at this location is below the bar every single time. Today and yesterday I put in mobile order with a latte and bakery item. The drink is made but the bakery item takes 10min. Today I stood there for 10 min after estimated time waiting for my croissants and was never acknowledged. It was not busy. No one in line or drive thru, the women were talking about how the other crew didn’t clean the night before. I finally had to ask for the rest of my order and was met with attitude and I was told it’s in the oven now. Why do I put in a mobile order if order isn’t fulfilled in a timely fashion. It’s only this location that has horrible customer service.
