Definitely one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. The cashier didn’t even bother to put the heat protectors on the cups so we wouldn’t burn our hands — I guess she was waiting for us to have an accident. The attitude was unpleasant, and they still couldn’t get my order right. There wasn’t even any customer traffic to justify the mistakes. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The girl taking the orders tonight (chunky with dark hair) is nasty and condescending. She needs customer service training and a new job. She’s miserable and you can tell by her sloppy appearance. 0/10

Very poor service, deserves zero stars.. ordered a cold coffee ..waited 20 minutes..went back and asked the associate three times. She didn't even care about responding.

Always ask for light ice and most of the time they just ignore it. Get my iced drinks containing 70% ice. Wasted my time (and money)!

Bring a marker and write your own name in the cup if you have an ethnic name . They won’t ask how to spell it and will just write whatever . Had to make them fix it . It’s funny the first few times , but it’s constant

ordered a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and was shocked at how poorly it was made. This drink was completely unappealing watery, separated, and foamy in all the wrong ways. The texture was off, the taste was bitter and flat, and it looked nothing like the smooth, balanced shaken espresso it’s supposed to be.

Starbucks promotes this drink as rich, smooth, and flavorful, but what I received was honestly disgusting. For the price I paid, I expected a properly made drink, not something that looks and tastes like it was thrown together with no care.

This was such a letdown. Starbucks really needs to work on consistency and quality because experiences like this make me think twice about coming back to this location.

Ordered 2 brown sugar cortados and they taste like two completely different drinks! Really disappointing especially after waiting for 10 minutes in the drive-thru line. I asked for a ciabatta sandwich and the guy didn’t know what I asked for and just said they didn't have it. Worst Starbucks in Frederick, MTA, and Westminster area.

I would not comeback to this location. The cashier got so much attitude before I can finish my order, she just walk away from me and just roll her at the customer. So unfriendly and unprofessional!!!
