The food and drinks are great. I've been going here for 10 years, and the service has always been on point. Beyond that? It's apparent that they care about what they do--all of them. Even after all this time, with almost completely different staff, it still feels that way to me.
Maybe part of the reason things feel so warm and laid back for everyone is also because of the atmosphere here. This location seems unique to me from the others I have gone to in the area. It's not minimalistic and bare like some of the other locations around here. There's this Scandinavian, modern-rustic aesthetic with hanging pendant lights and a double-sided fireplace for indoor/outdoor areas to enjoy both. This hits the relaxation vibe everyone needs but that not many other places offer.
Everyone working here puts great care and effort into what they do and the service that they give every day. They deserve to be treated with the same care from customers and from corporate in return.
Had a couple of Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortados delivered this morning. Whoever was making the coffees this morning (3-8-2025) absolutely hit it out of the park. They were fantastic!

I picked up a mobile order, no one acknowledged that I was there and there was 3 people up front, 2 in the drive thru area and another one walking from side to side grabbing little stickers, drive thru was packed I didn’t want to rush them but they were just talking, I stood there like 2 minutes until I had to say “hello” and with an attitude she finally acknowledged my presence, I asked for my order and the drinks were ready, she double checked and say “here you go” I had 4 drinks and she expected me to just carry all 4 by just grabbing the cups? I asked for a cup holder and she gave it to me. I worked fast food and I know how crazy and stressful it is, but I don’t see the point of not trying to give me my order fast when it was literally ready! The faster you get customers out the door, the more time you get to keep chatting with your coworker.
