I picked up a mobile order, no one acknowledged that I was there and there was 3 people up front, 2 in the drive thru area and another one walking from side to side grabbing little stickers, drive thru was packed I didn’t want to rush them but they were just talking, I stood there like 2 minutes until I had to say “hello” and with an attitude she finally acknowledged my presence, I asked for my order and the drinks were ready, she double checked and say “here you go” I had 4 drinks and she expected me to just carry all 4 by just grabbing the cups? I asked for a cup holder and she gave it to me. I worked fast food and I know how crazy and stressful it is, but I don’t see the point of not trying to give me my order fast when it was literally ready! The faster you get customers out the door, the more time you get to keep chatting with your coworker.

I don't know what y'all staff's problem was today but God damn, each person in there was looking for a fight and I have never experienced that kind of treatment from this place all I want was a refund for a drink y'all obviously didn't want to make and tried to pass someone elses drink off on me, look I just wanted a refund and they wanted to fight me over a drink, do better

This was the best looking and coziest Starbucks I've been too. Had a fireplace and everyone is so welcoming and friendly! My husband and I enjoyed our visit and cappuccino 😁 made to perfection!!!

We stopped by at this location on our way to Western MD. And there was an asian girl (we failed to wrote her name down) who made my coffee the way I love to drink. Pepper Mint Mocha is NOT on the menu but regular like me know that we can order it. That cup normally is sweet but this girl asked me if I'd like to reduce sweetness! and also asked me whether I want whip on top or not. Those questions should come from the person who took my order but she was there to made my day better. What a 1da4 Starbucks experience in Urbana.
Unfortunately non of the staff seem to wear hairnets when preparing food and drink… especially when most of them have long hair :(
But decently efficient.

This is my normal Starbucks. It is usually a great friendly establishment but today…. Of course Donna (old gray haired) argued with me that I did not order salted cold foam. The young lady taking the order had to intervene and say she did order it I just didn’t put it on the order yet. Donna never apologized until said you were very rude, she oh sorry. She is too old to not know how to take a minute and apologize and maybe say I’m overwhelmed let me take another role I spend $20 every few days and leave tips on every order. I am just appalled I’ll be calling management to discuss.

I ordered a Veti size of the hazelnut Oatmilk Espresso but they ordered for me Grande size. They made a mistake with no apologize,and she said(with a bad manner)I only charged you Grande size price. That made me feel bad.

If high priced coffee is your thing, this is the place. I've never dug the atmosphere, as far as the customers are concerned. They all seem to have a stick up their butts. The staff on the other hand is amazing! They're so friendly and helpful. The food is good and I really like their bottled water. Their unhealthy sugary drinks are amazing! The coffee itself is meh. It's strong and will definitely do the trick. I'm just not much of a coffee fan.
