Shoutout to Steven working at the Starbucks off Monocacy this morning! I never really order coffee or go to Starbucks so I'm not sure if he's always like this. I placed an online order for pickup through the drive thru and when I got to the window I was greeted by Steven singing my name with the biggest smile. It was a fantastic start to my work day! Thank you for being a joy, Steven! 😃

I love going to get my morning order after a long night of work and this morning it was super busy which was fine, but the cashier once i came to pay in the drive thru was so rude, looked at me dirty the whole time only because i had to re add my card to the app to scan, she looked like I was bothering her and I even suggested going inside and even that was a bother to her because I didn’t want to cause a long wait, she was so nasty with her stank face.

EDIT: Since the change in management this location has become MUCH better! I'm back to being a daily customer (sometimes more, I know...shameful ?) and they are on point almost every time. Wait times are limited, service is outstanding (there's even a singing barista who WE LOVE!) and overall this Starbucks is amazing ?? Thank you for going from 1* to 5!!
This is the absolute worst Starbucks ever. I visit this place DAILY and they consistently get my drink wrong and are unapologetic about it. It is beyond frustrating when paying $9 for a drink. They are 9 times out of 10 out of ingredients and seem to close whenever they feel like it. It is farther but I'll take my business to the one by Target. They are fantastic!!

Avoid this location. The staff is usually nice, but that is it. I don’t know if they’re short staffed, poorly managed, have an inventory issue, or what. I usually order through the app to pick up when I’m in a hurry or on my way somewhere. Rarely do they have available what I’m trying to order- there goes convenience. They never sweeten an iced coffee even though the recipe in the app shows that it includes sweetener, so you never know what you’re going to get. Always minimal on cream. Today my wait time was 24-27 minutes for one single venti cold brew! Almost half an hour! Why? Something is wrong with the way this place is run. I could sit down in a restaurant, order a full breakfast and have it in front of me in 27 minutes. This place takes that long to pour a cup of coffee and sit it on the counter- didn’t even have to interact with me whatsoever. I think I’m done wasting my time there.

I tried the new Blue Summer Refresher @ Starbucks and it is easily a new favorite. I added dragon fruit for extra flavor which was quite nice, though the drink is less blue. Will try it without next time just for the blue :)
