Stopped by the drive thru around 4 pm. When I stopped at the speaker box the screen was entirely black and no one greeted me. I waited 1-2 minutes before pulling forward, figured the speaker must be broken so I mobile ordered my cafe misto and cake pop. There was one car at the window when I pulled around. Once I got to the window, I mentioned that I was picking up a mobile order. Jane asked if I stopped at the speaker box. I said yes and that no one answered. She said to stop at the speaker box next time and closed the window. She never greeted me at the speaker box or the window; I was treated as a transaction. Likened this visit to a fast food joint. I’ve only been here a handful of times and every time the baristas are not friendly or welcoming. The Riverview plaza location workers are always friendly, stop there instead!

I ordered a drink and I know they’ve recently had to start writing notes on the cups but I don’t understand why make an unnecessary and rude comment about the drink I choose to pay for and get. My cup had ”yuk” written on it. I didn’t pay to get the barista’s opinion on my drink.

I used to love coming to this location, but something has clearly changed. The customer service here has become the worst I’ve ever experienced. The staff is incredibly unprofessional; honestly, even fast food workers seem to be more friendly and polite. It's evident that management is dropping the ball, and it's really disappointing to see this once-great spot go downhill like this.

I came to this Starbucks yesterday while working i had pre-ordered my coffee and once it was done I noticed that it was made wrong so I told them and asked for it to be remade, instead of remaking it they gave the drink to someone else and ignored me. I ended up having to get a refund I was a bit upset with the refund process instead of it going back to my credit card it went onto a gift card. I will never return to this Starbucks

The Frederick trading Post Starbucks always is a pleasure to go by! The workers are always friendly. Always greet you. Call you by your name and just give you such good service and if it's not right they will make it again right quick but I have not had a problem in a while and even if I did it would not be a big deal always made by the recipe so refreshing just the right amount of ice. As always, pleasure to go by and get my treat your self drink, And right now that is the vanilla blonde latte with the sweet vanilla cold foam, absolutely delicious!!
