A newer location located across from Fort Detrick that I never knew about... I was hiking up in the Frederick municipal forest heading down Hamburg road back into Frederick and there it was a Starbucks I never seen before so I stopped in got two drinks.. Made correctly made quickly still hot five stars for me

Today was my first visit to this location and it is everything you want from Starbucks. Not only is this location convenient and easy to access, but the inside has a clean, cozy, warm vibe. BUT what makes this location stand out is the people. My visit began with a warm, friendly greeting from Derek and the experience continued with the supporting staff. The coffee taste good, but Im leaving Starbucks today feeling better about my day because of the people who made me feel welcome and important.

I just want to share how much I appreciate the amazing team at my favorite Starbucks. Every morning truly feels a little brighter because of them. Dan is absolutely wonderful!! he somehow remembers my name just by hearing my voice, and he always greets me with such kindness. It’s the smallest thing, but it makes my whole day start off right. Sydni is also such a gem! She adds the cutest little “bear” she draws on my drink sleeve, and it never fails to make me smile. Those small touches mean so much. Derek and Eric are always so friendly and welcoming too☺️
My favorite crew create such a warm, positive atmosphere that makes this Starbucks feel like a second home.
To the whole team: thank you for being consistently kind, thoughtful, and amazing. You make every visit feel special. 💛☕️🐻 Love how fast they get my drink too☺️

Twice experienced very rude employees taking away from the customer. Employees chatting with friends instead of working on customer orders while customers wait.
Today someone claiming to be an employee was parked sideways in all parking spots and proceeded to berate a customer after they were asked to move.
Highly unprofessional location and will go out of my way to visit other locations a few minutes down the road.

Honestly I would rather go to DD right next door, Staff is very unprofessional heard them cursing about costumers arriving. Also i asked for a latte but I guess I asked for a cappuccino.

Every time I come to this Starbucks (early lunch time) I cannot order what I actually want. The past 3 or 4 times I’ve been, I try to order the turkey pesto sandwich and was eventually told by an employee there that they only order 1 a day. Why would you even have it on the menu? What sense does that make? Probably won’t be returning here because at this point I’m just tired of being disappointed.

This is more so a rating on a staff member than the establishment (though the times I’ve been here, it is well kept, bright, with lots of natural lighting. There are a variety of seating, and some patio as well. The staff have always been friendly and attentive and the work area are kept clean and appealing). I happened to go through the drive-thru today and was greeted by Dennis. While I was driving through, I was on the speaker phone with a friend. When I got to the window Dennis proceeded to ask if i needed napkins and a drink topper and all the time was very pleasant. As this may seem menial, these days, and at a drive-thru, it was an incredible breath of fresh air of the great customer service Dennis provided. Just the simple inquiries made a great start to my day. Even my friend heard the entire conversation and they said that they felt great, and they had nothing to do with the whole transaction. I’m sure Starbucks has other wonderful employees working at the store, but Dennis met me today and I wanted to give a shout out to him.
