Maria is a delightful young lady. Always smiling and so personable. She makes wonderful subs for my hubby and myself. If you are not happy with it she will fix it. Always goes the extra mile! Managers. She deserves a promotion!!

Staff r rude š I get it it's busy cuz it's lunch but there is no reason to be rude to customer so what if I want a different cheese on my sub and not putting any sauce when I ask for it very disappointed

By far worst subway Iāve ever been to. Got to the store at 7:59. Waited for a whole 15 minutes and kept calling for someone as I saw the lady in the back flat out ignoring me. Sucks that this is the closest Subway in the area, I couldāve easily been a casual.

The food is fine, but every afternoon, the staff closes off the bathroom area with a display of potato chips. I asked about it once, and they said that they didn't want to have to clean the bathrooms. I am pretty sure that this is illegal

I placed my order online and went in to pick it up waited 5 minutes didnāt mind the wait someone asked if I was waiting for pickup I said yes itās either under Jonny or Jonathan (it was under Jonny) she handed me a foot long some cookies exactly what I ordered she told me to just grab a bottle of sprite I did went home and found out the whole order was wrong wrong sun in the wrong bread and the wrong cookies

Their time says 8am as opening, i got there at 8:20. The old lady at the door refused to open the store. I kept asking what time they open and she was mouthing the words ā8amā . I said well its 8:20am. She ignored me and kept pressing what she was pressing on the computer.Very RUDE LOCATION. I will not be back here
Customer service was sub par. Had to ask for ingredients to be added after they were placed in only half of my sandwich. Employees seemed agitated and I was the only one in the shop. The kicker isā¦. they donāt accept coupons. It was brought to my attention that this location and the 7th street location do not accept coupons. The 7th street location is the WORST subway I have ever been to. Iāve tried 3 times and have had the WORST customer service. I am VERY disappointed in the owner of these locations.

lousy.... it's annoying that they charge the same account twice and when I return I make the claim that I don't have to call my bank when they made the payment.... lousy place
