They are the only subway in the area that refuses subway coupons. They are just money hungry and I would avoid this place.

Poor service. Did the order online. Arrived 10 mins after the "ready" time. Not ready and not in process even though one girl was free. I had to clarify what I ordered even though they had the order slip...still didn't get it right. It seemed like they didnt know how to read the order. Very frustrating.

I placed my order online and went in to pick it up waited 5 minutes didn’t mind the wait someone asked if I was waiting for pickup I said yes it’s either under Jonny or Jonathan (it was under Jonny) she handed me a foot long some cookies exactly what I ordered she told me to just grab a bottle of sprite I did went home and found out the whole order was wrong wrong sun in the wrong bread and the wrong cookies

Their time says 8am as opening, i got there at 8:20. The old lady at the door refused to open the store. I kept asking what time they open and she was mouthing the words “8am” . I said well its 8:20am. She ignored me and kept pressing what she was pressing on the computer.Very RUDE LOCATION. I will not be back here

Customer service was sub par. Had to ask for ingredients to be added after they were placed in only half of my sandwich. Employees seemed agitated and I was the only one in the shop. The kicker is…. they don’t accept coupons. It was brought to my attention that this location and the 7th street location do not accept coupons. The 7th street location is the WORST subway I have ever been to. I’ve tried 3 times and have had the WORST customer service. I am VERY disappointed in the owner of these locations.

lousy.... it's annoying that they charge the same account twice and when I return I make the claim that I don't have to call my bank when they made the payment.... lousy place

This has to be the Best Subway I've ever had. The store is super clean, smells clean when you walk in. The restaurant looks super organized Al well maintained. The bar had only fresh veggie's which was so good to see. The lady who help me was super nice she wearing gloves and a mask at all times. She made my sand which so perfect I wish I had ordered a whole foot long all to myself. She put the perfect amount of veggies, the right amount of mayo, my mouth was watering guys watching her make my sandwich. After seeing that the restaurant was super clean I decided to eat inside. I enjoyed my meal better fresh and super delicious! Thank you to the Staff at this location for the Fresh veggies and such clean setting. I will be back even if I have to drive over and hour plus.

This is exactly what I expected out of a Subway. The food was great and the drinks were very tasty. I would definitely recommend this particular Subway to others. The staff was a little unenthusiastic, but overall a great local Subway!
