Not open when they say they're open. Staff showed up at 10 when they advertise 9am, and I deliberately chose Subway that said 9am. Made me late on site for a job. Not coming back.

This Subway is horrible. I actually cannot believe how horrible the service and the people who work here are. I ordered online, while standing in front of the lady, so that I could get my deals. She stopped making our sandwiches and started making other sandwiches and tried to tell me that she just got the order. She had no clue I had ordered right in front of her on the app. I'm still waiting as more people come in the store and she continues to push my sandwiches to the back of the line. Subway should be ashamed to have their name on this store. It really needs women Employees. If I could give this store negative stars it would get -5. Buyers Beware.....

They wouldn't accept a gift card for part payment & credit card for balance. They said they only accept one payment method. I have eaten at Subway for 15 years and seen a noticeable decline in food quality and service. I'm done with

Was incredibly looking forward to a sweet onion chicken teriyaki with EXTRA banana peppers and was told 2x it was too much. I proceeded to offer to pay EXTRA for more than 5 banana peppers when my partner was then asked why that wasn't enough for me. Needless to say, I left without a purchase and will not return. I work in the food service industry and was APPALLED at how I was treated as a paying customer. Pick a different subway. I've been getting the same thing for many years w/o fail until yesterday.

Vegetarian options: Don't ask for more than 3 banana peppers or 2 slices of tomato!!

As almost every review here has noted, this establishment deserves zero stars.

I placed an order online for pick up, the staff member was in pajamas and wearing headphones in both ears during my visit. He scoffed at making my food and shook his head when I asked for an un-toasted sandwich. By the end of the ordeal, he tried closing the sandwich he literally threw everything into and failed. Then just closed it up without trying to fix it.

I inquired about a refund due to my sandwich being soggy and the other sandwich being inedible due to their disregard for dietary restrictions, and I was sent an ‘sorry about that’ in return. That’s it. The email is attached from the owner.

Honestly, do not give one red cent to this business, they should not be open any longer. There are more Subway locations than there are McDonalds locations if you can believe it, just go elsewhere. Plenty of other places to make you a decent sandwich.

Dietary restrictions: Bacon was cooked in the oven alongside a different sandwich in the order. The other sandwich was for someone that does not eat pork for strict reasons. Due to this lack of care and consideration of dietary needs, the sandwich tasted and smelled like bacon and was no longer edible. They do not honor dietary restrictions.

They get a 1 because they don’t have zeros. The employee with mumbly, could not remember what I said after 10 seconds, left off the cheese, and didnt’t make the sandwich as advertised. This was my last time for this store, I gave them one more chance. No more, I’d rather eat baloney on white bread than deal with awful custoner service. How do they stay in business??

When we walked in they were talking in Spanish, got veggie sub asked her not to cut it, as she just used it to cut meat. Started laughing and making fun of how I didn’t let them use the knife…. FYI we understand Spanish…be respectful to your customers

Individual Subway franchises can vary widely.

This visit to this Subway was Fabulous 🤩. I should have snapped a picture. The dining area was sparkling clean, warm, friendly and inviting.

The service counter was equally inviting. The (not sure of the appropriate title, server?,preparer?,cashier?) official Sandwich Technician was gracious and very careful to get my order just right. This might sound trivial, but in my household, the disposition of condiments borders on politics and religion in its sensitivity and importance. I was very pleased to have no complaints from the end users; little miss "dry, dry, dry" the anti-condiment crusader, to the "where's my snorkel?" condiments spelunker, while even managing to satisfy the "I just want a touch of oil and vinegar " elitist who didn't notice that I complimented the dash of oil and vinegar with a skosh of mayonnaise, resulting in a glowing assessment that they got just the right amount of oil and vinegar.

I didn't know that this Subway was hiding just 3/4 of a mile from my house making it more convenient than bending down to reach the deli drawer. I will be returning often.....at least until I get around to buying a new refrigerator that has a deli drawer that I can access without having to bend over.

Kid-friendliness: There were children in the dining area and they were happy.

Wheelchair accessibility: This store is located in a moderately large shopping center so there is plenty of accessible parking and wheelchair access to the sidewalk.

The only caveat is that the sidewalk is gently sloped which is a little inconvenient if you are alone in a manual wheelchair. It is navigable, but I would prefer having someone to push me or a self propelled chair to navigate the slope in the parking lot and the sidewalk.

The old lady with red curly hair was so rude as soon as we spoke Spanish to her she became even ruder that ugly lady with her horrible attitude towards people who come in to pay with their money to pay for their food. This lady is only nice to english speaking people good thing I’m bilingual and can speak both and also she talks bad in Spanish about some english-speaking customers, worst experience I’ve ever had.

On the internet they say that they open at 9:00 am, in the place they say that they open at 9:30 am, but it is not true, it was 9:45 am and they had not opened, the employees were talking, that is why they did not open, the information they offer is misleading
