Making my footlong, I asked for more olives. She said we are limited to only 6 olives a sandwich. So I said then take the tomatoes off and put more olives, I can’t do that. 6 olives a sandwich that’s all I can do. If you want 6 more have to buy another sandwich. Really subway is that your policy now

God Is Good

I have the worst customer service. I been charged 3.19 for cheese. Food was old test terrible. I ask can go to bathroom to wash my hand been told bathroom not working. The Employee she was extremely rude.

Needed to get two subs and when I entered there were four customers ahead of me. The young lady behind the counter was struggling to keep up, following handwritten directions on how to make subs and then on the register, not knowing what buttons to push. While trying to assist a DoorDash driver at the register I asked the customers waiting in line in front of me how long they had been waiting and they said at least 30 minutes to place their orders. I myself was pressed for time and waited about 25 minutes to place my order and left without ordering. As I exited the store two more DoorDash drivers came in, and their subs hadn’t been made either. Case in point - Don’t leave a new hire by themselves that obviously needs more training and help from another employee, I have to feel bad for her and definitely not good for your customers.

The employee made my sandwich for me and my mom and the man behind me , mind you there’s a line, she said it takes a minute for the card thing to work so I’m like ok then she’s like it won’t work and me n the man both had a card so we’re like we don’t have cash n she’s like card system isn’t working so we’re like ur just gonna throw away our sandwhiches ? She just kept saying it’s not working . We both just walked out she wasn’t trying to give it to us … even though it was only two footings she didn’t do anyone else . I just feel like you had us wait 15 minute to even make the food then make us wait another 10 minutes for the card reader just to say we need cash and that she wasn’t giving us our sandwhiches that she made. It was a waste of time and I had to drive all the way to roosemont for a sandwhich. I just think that wasn’t right. I don’t think I will be going to this subway anymore.

Wonderful aroma of fresh baked bread! like this Subway! Clean place.The ladies are very nice, the food was fresh! No moldy lettuce or slimy meat! I saw them carefully stacking meat with gloves on. The food cooler was pristine! Cookies were yummy. The Buffalo nuggets were actually real chicken in a crispy breading. Very tasty. Good value.

I ORDERED A PRETZEL FROM HERE. WHEN I GOT HOME, SHE COULDN'T EVEN BITE IT. FIRST I CALLED ON THE PHONE. THIS GIRL HAD A NERVE TO SAY I WAS EATING IT IN THE STORE BEFORE I LEFT, WHICH WAS A LIE BECAUSE IT WASN'T FOR ME. SO I WALKS BACK TO SUBWAY IN THE POURING RAIN. POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE WASN'T RUDE TO THE CAUCASIANS THAT CAME IN. AND WHILE STANDING THERE A SPANISH LADY ORDERED A PRETZEL, IT WASN'T IN THE OVEN AS LONG AS MINE WAS!!! I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE AGAIN!!! AND THEY NEED TO BE RETRAINED. THE REPLACEMENT PRETZEL WAS HARD AS WELL!!!! FOR HER TO SAY I ATE SOME OF THAT PRETZEL IN THE STORE MUST MEAN THE CAMERA'S DO NOT WORK!!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

2nd time ordering from them thru door dash. Both times subs were not not made correctly. They hardly put any tuna on i it’s forgot the bacon and lettuce. The sub role is old and the edges are so hard. Also they did not include my drink!Very frustrating! I call to talk to them. He hangs up on me !
